The tattoo I made isn't working correctly.

I don't know what I did wrong, but I'm hoping someone could guide me, it would be greatly appreciated. I made a tattoo that matches one i actually have, and I put it in the right spot and brought it from photoshop to The Sims 4 Studio. The preview looked great, and so I packaged it and put that file into my game.
Here's the problem. In CAS, the preview of it shows up looking really faded and it warped the skin color to an almost green-ish/bright white color. I figured it'd be no problem, and I tried putting it on my sim, but it turned out the same. I've tried everything I can think of. Thank you in advance
