I made up an object description for the light bulb, with a deeper backstory than anyone could have thought: (Explanation below)
The whole thing is a reference to the evil MorcuCorp from World Adventures and MySims: http://sims.wikia.com/wiki/MorcuCorp
And it's also a reference to the fact that people complained that light bulbs aren't eco-friendly at all (when there still was the Eco Living theme), so here's a dubious explanation for you guys.
(Even if MorcuCorp probably takes all the money on their own and doesn't spend anything on green energy)

This light bulb is 100% eco-friendly. You ask how this can be possible, considering light bulbs are quite old-fashioned and usually less healthy for the environment?
