I need a witches GP.
Otherwise I would also love another vacation GP (this time to the beach, with ocean swimming and maybe boats), university and of course this would be awesome:

Witches or general Magic GP, tropical vacation maybe with a casino (hey, our Sims will need to get away from the snow!), Life Events GP to add things like proms, better weddings, funerals/inheritance system, etc.
EP -- University or a new take on education theme that would apply to all levels, adding features such as homeschooling, City Living style assignments (where you either go to your rabbit hole class or go out and do assignments like collect frogs for Biology Lab or interview an elder then write an essay, etc.), choice of commuting from home to university, going solo (dorms) or moving entire household to University (rental housing -- we already have programming for that with Outdoor Retreat).

2. Farming pack with chickens, sheep and goats.
3. Rock star pack with the ability for bands to play music together like in Sims 3
I'm really hoping we'll see more vacation spots in the future. Granite Falls is lovely and all, but there's only so much green and forest a person can take. I'd love to see a tropical destination world, along with a world inspired by some of the most beautiful and iconic European cities; like maybe Paris, Rome, or Santorini.
Next on my list would more than likely be University seeing as I've been playing TS3 UL like crazy the past few days and it's making me want a TS4 version badly.
Last on my list isn't necessarily a "must" to make the game complete for me, but I would very much like to see a GP that focuses on fleshing out the romance department. I think the romance area of TS4 is adorable and I love the interactions, but I wish there was more depth there. An attraction system, astrological signs, reputations (not as touchy as TS3, though), and better reactions to cheating that brought about repercussions all need to make a comeback.
I'll also agree with those who've mentioned an elder pack. While I don't need a pack like that to make the game complete, it'd be nice to see that age group get some love.
1. Healthy Living SP - a working juice blender, a working compost bin, cozy crunchy-granola style decor, new healthy foods, new CAS items, and the return of the Eco-friendly trait. 2. University EP of course! Similar to the one for TS3. 3. Rural Living GP - Dine Out style farmer's markets and little family-run farms with animals and activities like canning harvestables and gathering eggs and mucking stalls. 4. More free patches! In future patches (besides glitch fixes) I'd love to see more traits and more diverse CAS options like facial piercings and tattoos and ethnic hair, also the option to homeschool children/teens, and maybe a preteen life-state because I know it's a popular one and I'd certainly enjoy it.
I'd like to see:

-Another supernatural GP (preferably witches or mermaids)
-A "dangerous" pack like from that one survey (featuring cemeteries, funerals, different kinds of criminals like thieves, arsonists, and sims who poison people)
- Superstar/Celebrity pack where your sims can be musicians, singers, actors, models, and etc
There's still heaps of stuff I want to experience with my sims! I want them to DO MORE with what they harvest - make chocolates, make soaps and candles and perfume, arrange flowers, sculpt with crystals and metals, just generally have a variety of hobby options so my sims can feel more distinct. Right now, everyone plays an instrument or paints. Creative sims are my favourite to play, but I'm craving more variety in their activities, so I'd say an ARTISAN's HOBBY Game Pack is what I'd love to see next.
I also want to send my teens to University, send some of my kids to Private School (a playable/customisable one), let my Elders attend Night School and also teach any of their skills they've mastered, so an Education Expansion would be ideal.
I'd also be pretty excited to finally get another vacations Game Pack, preferably a Tropical one, though I'd be happy with a Snowy one too.
I need a Self-Employment system where we the player can use a Create-A-Job Tool to choose what they do, where they do it, when they do it, and name their business. It's a pet peeve that most of my sims are labelled "unemployed" when actually, they're working their butts off! I suggested a customisable system for self-employment here:forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/913129/endless-career-possibilities-in-one-system#latest. We could run our own Daycare, set up a Teaching Studio, Sell our craftables Online or with a new Sales Party.
A also want my sims to ride a bike Just For Fun, as a group activity that raises their fitness, fun and relationships. I don't care in what pack it comes, but it would be awesome if they gave us the ability to Design our own rideable paths in a Park http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/911258/biking-at-the-bike-park#latest. Skating and rollerblading could be included in the same pack and use the same pathing routes.
Supernatural (with a true mix of the excellent Makin magic and the excellent sims 3 supernatural EPs with a non rabbit hole Vault of Antiquity and Alchemy)

Honestely all the good stuffs from TS0 TS2 and TS3.
I would want a president pack. I would want a new world that have a city like are like the city living world but with courts or something like that. A new skill can be public speaker. It would be so much fun if their were elections. Also, another pack I would want is universities. :)
