Hello and welcome to my new thread "Lots, Sims, & More" I recently began a thread titled "LadyFireheart's studio" but due to lack of comments/views I wanted to make a new one that was more detailed, and will hopefully attract more viewers & feedback.

A little bit about what I do and my building style

I will start off by saying that all of my creations are my own original creations. Meaning that I do not go out looking on the internet for houses to build nor do I go around my town finding houses to build off. Every house and lot I build is 100% original right from my imagination. I will often go a while without building because I have no ideas at the moment (and by a while I mean a day or two) but once something pops in my head then I'm right back at it. As far as my sims go, I often just use the generator and then I will edit that generated sim to my liking and I do my best to keep sims very diverse in skin tone, traits, wishes, etc. Pets I try to make realistic but usually I will play around with genetics (especially with dogs) because I love to get mixed breeds (I'm a mutt mama, my dog is a boxer/shepherd mix) to me it just makes the outcome much more interesting and makes for a more unique town.

So I will stop rambling now and let you see my town here very shortly. I am currently in the process of making a big community park that has a little bit of everything!

Thank you everyone so much for your time and I really look forward to sharing my creations with you.

Just a quick update here, I am currently working on some of the base community lots (rabbitholes) before I start my bigger builds but I did not abandon this thread, just working on some things before I start getting into building the houses/extra community lots (resorts, cafe's etc)

Here are some more pictures of my WIP also, I have changed the name to "Shoreview Gym"

Shoreview Gym is looking great! :) The treadmill room looks great! Sims will enjoy keeping fit using the fitness equipment. It is very nice that there is a cafe area in the gym for sims to enjoy having food and drinks from the food bar. Nice sofa and armchairs sitting nooks for sims to sit and relax there after doing fitness training. The vending machines are a great touch there. They will enjoy reading books and listening to radio music whilst sitting there. The wall texture gives a great look to the area.
I hope that the rest of your work on the build goes well :)

It is great that you have funished Shoreview Gym :) The yellow and blue colour scheme of the exterior walls gives a nice loo, to the build. It is great that there is a soccer area and a place for sims to enjoy playing hopscotch. Very nice pool area! The loungers look very nice how they are set up poolside. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there on the seating in the sunshine, or enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. The fenced off trees and flowers look very nice. I posted about the interior in an earlier post. It looks very nice. Sims will have fun playing the arcade games there. The design of the yoga/cardio section on the upper balcony looks great!
Your new WIP is looking very nice :) The curvy pathway looks great and the flowers look very pretty!

    General Update + WIP pictures

Hey everyone! Just got home from work and I'm actually super pumped to get back to work on my current WIP but first I wanted to address the issue of my lots not having a download link. I do not want to share a download link on the thread as these are my original creations so if you would like to have something of mine in your game by all means I am perfectly okay with that just please pm me or leave a comment on my wall and I will absolutely send you that link. (sorry for the run ons)

So far I have 2/4 of the trailers built. This trailer park I'm currently working on is among the nicer of the two parks in my town "Cabella Island" so these trailers are a little bit higher in price but are worth it for that frugal sim who wants to have a nice living space.

The two trailers look very nice! :) Very nice layout of the interiors of the trailers. The furnishing of the rooms look very nice. Very nice red and green/brown colour schemes of the master bedrooms. The floor tiling in the kitchens add a nice look to the areas. Nice living room sitting areas for sims to relax and watch tv. Very nice fenced harvestable garden area with the second trailer. It looks very nice!

Thank you for all of your wonderful feedback rosemow :) Hopefully others will come and see what I have as well, it's kind of getting me down that your the only one viewing :(

Helloooo so I have finally gotten into creating sims for my little town/island (Cabella Island) I would like you all to meet Matty :)

    -Supernatural Fan
    -Heavy sleeper

He aspires to be a famous rock star like his idol Marilyn Manson although he knows he will never live up to be as big of a legend as the God of rock N roll!!

Matty lives in the little white trailer across from "Magnolia dream" in the photo above (in a previous post)

Furthermore in this update is the 3rd out of 4 trailers in the trailer park. This one is for that sim who is really on a budget but still has nice tastes. So it's above 16,000 but below 20,000. I present to you The Mobile Studio.

    -0 bedrooms
    -1 all in one bath
    -small kitchen
-no dining room or dining area
-small picnic area out front with cheap grill
    -no pets!

I want to address something too while it's on my mind. When I post houses that say "no pets" I am not being stingy or anything because I LOVE animals and I have a dog of my own so why do I post houses and say no pets? Well the size! So here is a little guide.

-No pets = the house is not big enough for pets
-Small dogs/cats only = the house is not big enough for large dogs
-Caged animals only = the house is only big enough for a reptile, bird, or rodent
-Pets welcome or Pet friendly = the house is big enough for any pet(s)

Matty is a very nice sim! :) His hairstyle and his coloured arm tattoos look great! His traits go well together.
He would enjoy living in his trailer home. Very nice blue colour of the exterior walls. The flowers look pretty in the front area of the home. It is very nice that there is a BBQ there for him to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors at the umbrella covered table in the outside air. The blue colour of the furnishings looks very nice.

Okay everyone I have finished the trailer park. This one is a bit of an upper scale in price so if you have sims who are seriously poor then this one is not for them as all of the trailers are above $16,500 BUT in the near future I will be working on a more budget friendly trailer park HOWEVER it will not be as nice hence (15,000 and below)

Here is the last of the trailer park :)

    Small pets welcome
1BR with all in one bath
    Kitchen & dining area
    Living room

It is great that you have finished the Trailer Park :) The blue colour of the exterior of Edonna looks very nice. It looks great the way the entrance to the home is on the side of the trailer. The open shutter windows look nice in the build.
