Hello.
It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your builds from your blog
It was great going on a tour through Concrete Crib , and seeing the pictures of the rooms and the areas of the home. You are very creative in how you wrote the descriptions of each room and area! The large pool is great! It looks nice how the windows have been used in the home. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming inside through the windows when dining, cooking , or relaxing on the sofas in the living room watching tv . The blue and green colour scheme of the master bedroom looks very nice. The blue and white wall and floor tiling in the bathroom gives a very look and feel to the room. The double sink is a great touch.

Next in my showcase is my Old-Country Farm House! This one took quite a while as I kept changing my mind on siding and roofing options, but I'm super happy with how it turned out! I hope someone gets some good use out of it!

The exterior design of Old Country Farmhouse looks very nice! The stone and rock textures of the exterior walls give a very nice look to the home! Very nice roof covered front porch! It looks a very nice homely home. Very nice rustic furnishing of the interior. The open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living room areas looks very nice. It looks very nice the type and way the kitchen cabinets have been placed in the kitchen area, The knives block, mugs set , paper towel, and spice set are nice kitchen touches. The candles look nice on the dining table. Sims will like having the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst eating their meals at the dining table. Very nice sofa seats sitting area for sims to relax and watch tv or listen to music. The wall tiling in the bathroom looks nice. The floor rugs in the bedrooms and upper level bathroom add a nice look to the rooms. Very nice red colour scheme of the master bedroom.

Trevor Starter is a Base Game build!

The exterior design of Trevor Starter looks very nice! The way that the rows of walls have been placed with the plants between them looks very nice! The enlarged car looks great there! It is nice that there is an outdoors dining area,for the sims to enjoy eating at the table in the sunshine. The exterior and interior wall tiling looks nice.

The "R.D.G. Youth Center" was built for @Rainydayz179's Youth On Their Own challenge. This is the version that I uploaded, though I'm sure she'll change it up during her play-through. The design of the Youth Center is great! It was great reading the background details of it, and going on a tour of it. The type of windows used and the placement of them looks very nice. It is great that there is a outdoors nook area for the kids to hav fun playing basketball or painting on the easel. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior! It looks nice that there is a different colour for each of the 8'beds and the bedroom walls , as well as there being a bedroom for volunteers. The floor rugs add a nice look to the bedrooms, The lobby, front desk and sofa seat seat sitting and waiting area looks very nice. The computer is a great there for office work. The great room is a very light filled room for sims to enjoy resting there watching tv , or doing school studies with sunlight coming in through the windows. The design of the kitchen nook looks great!
It is a very nice home for kids to live in

Jane Starter is a very nice home! . The brick exterior wall texture looks great. Nice deck area for sims to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors in the sunshine . Very nice front porch! The plants are nice touches of green and red either sides of the seat bench. Sims will resting on the seat there in the outdoors air. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! You have used the space well! The shabby chic style look very nice! The coat shelf is a homely touch near the door. The bookcase nook is great! It is a nice touch that the fruit crate is used for bedside table.
It is a great starter! Your sim Jane is very nice

It is great that you have designed a school for Oasis Springs! Oasis Springs Elementary is very nice! Nice outdoors area for kids to have fun playing basketball or on the pirate ship. It is a great idea to have an infimary at the school for if kids get sick. The blinds look great separating off the beds. The sunshine coming in from the windows will help the sick kids to feel a bit better. Very nice orange and yellow colour scheme of the classroom! It is nice and colourful for the students as they do their studies. It looks very nice how the study desks and chairs are set up there. The black board,kids paintings, notice board and calendar are great touches on the walls. It is great that there is a computer desk nook for the teacher to sit at and use the computer. Very nice roofing on the building!
It is a very nice school for sims to attend !

The design and layiout of Cube House looks great! It is a great idea to have a house inside a house! Nice upper loft sleeping area. The patterned floor rug adds a nice touch to the bedroom.

Daisy is a very nice starter home! The yellow colour of the exterior is very nice and sunny! The flowers on the edges of the home and front patio are pretty! Very nice roof covered porch area! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table in the sunshine or enjoy using the bubbles machine. The patterned blue curtains in the bedroom are very pretty!
