Sims3 Logs File

Not exactly tech help, but didn't know where else to ask this.
Can I delete the contents of the Sims 3 log files? I've never looked in that folder before, and there's quite a bit in there.

I'm sure that fine, you could even delete the entire file and a new one will spawn. But I'm pretty sure that file overwrites itself on its own after a while. Mine only seems to go back a few days.

None of it is dated so it's hard to tell, but I'll move it to my desktop tomorrow and see what happens in there.
I don't play TS3 as often, and since I've had this win 10 laptop I've had no crashes or errors, unlike my older one. I'll keep an eye on what's going on.
