Step aside! If you're gonna be letting these people make AIs, they need a few pointers. And as AI in charge of your CAS, I think I am more than qualified!



Hi! I'm CeeCee. I'm one of Losaru's AIs. I'm in charge of all things CAS and fabulous so I've seen them all. If you're gonna make an AI, you need to know about AIs. Or at least the basics.

So yeah. AIs. There are a few types, the main ones being Cleanser, Patch, Configuration, and Error. They can be 'human-like,' alien, and even vampire, although I haven't seen a vampire one yet. There are rumours that Dash and Caleb might be thinking having one. Dunno which one would get the adjustment to carry it though.

Where was I? Oh yeah! We all also have 'markings' too.



This is Opera. She's a Cleanser AI and healthy so her markings are bluish. When I mean markings, I mean on the arms and back and front. The face is any colors we want, really. Cleanser AI heal errors and help with fixing problems with the program that Patch and Configuration AI can't.



This is a copy of Error. She's a, well, Error AI. You can tell the difference because of her green marking on her arm there. She's an unstable Error, meaning that she can be cured if one can be found.



This one that looks like her is Glitch. She's an error too, but her markings are purple, meaning she's stable and can never be cured.



This is a special AI known as a Switch AI. They work outside of the program and work stuff like deleting worlds and are like the reapers for AI. Dunno the name of this one. How about Cherry. I like Cherry.



Their markings are always a mix of colors. And they all have those painted faces. Again. They're related to Grim in a way.



When they go into a world though, they disguise themselves, usually no make-up and cover the markings. If you ask me, that has to be the plum pits in the summer.



Ehhh...There are other AIs out there, but not ones that are created though. Like viruses and worms.



Let's put it this way...No one wants those because those are AIs that only want to mess with the program, and...well...we've had our fill of those, okay?



Oh me? Yeah I'm an AI. A Configuration one. Lemme show you!



Ta-da! Oh the bathing suit? Yeah! It's awesome!

Final few points. Yes, there are male AIs too and while we can have CC on us, some CC won't translate well into our own program. Basically, I know some sims have special hairs and that which doesn't work on us. So check your stuff, okay?

Losaru's Sim Stories AI Contest

Premise: Create an AI or family of AI that would fit in the world of Losaru's Sim Stories. Winner will have their AI sim in the story as a main, or secondary main character.

Rules

- Use the form below to describe and tell the background of your AI/AIs.
- Single AIs must be teen and up. Families can have toddlers and kids, although note that children AI don't have abilities.
- Speaking of, abilities are like powers. Usually try to keep to something I can replicate in the game. You can name them whatever you wish, although usually they are called something technical.
- If you don't have means of adding markings to your AI, just indicate on the form what type of AI they are.
- CC is allowed, although CCs such as alpha hairs and special eye overlays may not be used in the final sim as they would not fit in my game-style.
- For anyone that has read my stories, viruses, vaccines, worms, and security AIs won't be accepted for this contest.
- I may modify the final AI sim/sims if I don't have the pack that clothes, hair, etc. came from.
- Keep everything PG-13.
- No cheat sims and no cheating in general.
- Use the hashtag #LosaruAIContest in the gallery so I can find your AI.

Abilities: Troubleshooting (detecting the exact problem with Unstable Errors.)
Backstory: Recently implemented for the purpose of curing Unstable Errors. However, because he is a fairly new AI, he does not have very many abilities yet. and is rather diminutive in stature.
CCs used: None.

His markings are blue, just a darker blue. Do they have to be the lighter blue?

Name: Fennel Net

Type of AI: Cleanser

Abilities: Flora and Fauna Maintenance; communication between worlds through plants

Backstory: Fennel has been making sure that the plants and wildlife of the worlds in the Save are happy and healthy for some time now. He is a quiet AI and usually keeps to himself. Few regular sims know he is an AI. He keeps nearly all of his AI markings hidden and always wears a long-sleeved shirt to hide them, except for when he’s linking with plants/doing his job. Although Fennel is a quiet gentleman, he enjoys good conversation with other sims and AI's….when he’s not talking to the trees and lavender bushes in the park of course!

Traits (is it ok that I've added this? It's just so that you can get an idea of who he is): Nature: Freelance Botanist; Loves the Outdoors; Loner; Good
(Feel free to change his aspiration to Outdoor Enthusiast if you have the pack it comes with. It would suit Fennel but I don’t have Outdoor Retreat.)

CCs used: None, but it would be really cool if some was added (like more markings. I am not able to give him anything beyond tattoos.)

He's not on the gallery yet, but let me know if you want me to upload him.

I just really wanted to make a toddler So you get three, or actually two and half AI's from me.

Type of AI: Error, unknown, Cleanser.
Abilities:
Random: Creating Chaos - Random's core abilities (though he probably has more) are randomly “swiping” strings of data and moving them to hidden bins and randomly deleting memory data that can’t be retrieved. His strength is in the randomness of his actions.
Filter: Filter's core abilities are focused/specialised on preventing and repairing Random's chaos. She can locate the swiped data and get Random to return it so she can restore it in it's proper place. Through their alien telepathic connection she can enter Random's thoughts and thus predict if (but not exactly when and never where) he's going to delete something within a certain timeframe. She has powers to prevent him from acting in this instance, although some of them are drastic.

Aspirations & Traits:
Random: Chief of Mischief - Kleptomaniac, Geek, Goofball
Filter: Renaissance Sim - Good, Creative, Childish
Parameter: Inquisitive
Backstory:
As his name suggest, Random is rather random. He’s an unstable Error AI and his core power lies in the randomness of his actions. His actions (and to some merely his presence) are a real pain to the other AIs. The only thing Random tries to achieve is to create chaos, there is no particular aim to his actions. He isn’t bad at heart, he’s just very glitchy (although he does enjoy the reactions). While Random cannot restrain or contain his own actions (due to the glitchiness inside him, he's unable to), his wife can help him with this. Whenever he interacts with his child, the random attacks he launches appear to be dormant, but that may just be a random occurrence - who's to say, he's Random.
As a Cleanser AI, Filter tries to repair whatever Random ruins, and she also tries to prevent it. As aliens they have a sort of telepathic connection, but it doesn’t work when they’re in disguise. And for that, both Filter and Query always wear a ring like object that makes it easier for them to connect their thoughts, which allows Filter to keep an eye on Random’s intended actions. Now, you may wonder why a Cleanser AI should fall in love with an Error AI - beneath all the glitchiness, Random is really fun and that’s what Filter finds attractive about him. Her focus on Random has weakened Filter in other areas, because she is too specialised on this one particular Error AI, she has trouble with her Cleanser duties as regards other Error AIs.
While she is still little, everyone has high hopes for Parameter. She may not have powers yet, but when she does, she may be able to cure her father. Or, if it takes a turn for the worse, she may become a much more powerful Error AI than he is. Time (and whichever Watcher takes control of her) will tell… For now, she still needs to grow and learn, which she happily does, encouraged by the warm affection of her parents.

Also note that their markings deviate from the colours you normally use. I've used light green on Random and dark blue on Filter, but you're free to change them.
