Is there a way to give a Sim a job without adding them to the household?

I need to give Luna Villareal a job/career - without adding her to my household.

She is unemployed and I wish to change that.

Is this possible?

Can't you just load up her household then? Or is she in town limbo?

I just want to click on her and change her job - basically give her a job.

I want it nice and easy - no messing about.

You're a fool then! This world was never meant to be nice and easy and you know it! Also I don't see any cheats to assign her a job without BEING her so you're outta luck from what I can see.

I have MCCC - but I can only change other Sim's careers by adding them to the household (which makes MCCC a bit redundant) - I don't want to do that.

Ahhw you're right. I just checked it, I always thought I could do, but I can't! Aaaagh, my life comes to an end now!

    Isn't it ridiculous?

Who, in their right mind, makes a mod whereby you can do stuff like that to a Sim in your own houshold?

Impress me Mr MCCC, allow me to do this to a non-household Sim.

    Exactly my thought!

If I had that kind of problem, I'd switch the households, choose job to Luna and then return. Honestly, do not try to do that. I've seen that the game changes unplayed sims' jobs, either to the ones your sims can join in or to service jobs (maids, vendors ect).

Heh, she now has a career!

    She is a Comedian!

I just happened to mouse over her and it told me that.

    EDIT:
She must have cheated, because Comedian is part of the Entertainer career.

The game will sometimes give Non-Played sims jobs. They usually get bumped up to a high career level as well when it happens.
