Hello
Sims that were previously affected by this issue were not automatically fixed. You need to use a mod such as MC Command Center to fix them, then from then on this sim will not be affected.
Also, any new sims played since the patch shouldn't be affected by this issue. If they are, you may like to post feedback on this AHQ EA thread http://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FIXED-Female-Sims-wearing-bra-in-Shower-bathing/m-p/5586994#M28689

Yeah, was wondering myself. One, maybe two of mine had it fix itself, but the rest of the females in my three households... didn't. (The two affected were both Young Adult; the ones still affected by the bug include a Teen and two Elders; my households do not currently have females of other age categories at this time so I cannot verify them.) Only mod used is nomosaic, and I actually must wonder if that's been updated at any point in the last, Idunno, two years? Could it be a version incompatibility introduced with some Sims update?

Hello @Duke_Darkwood
The mod you use was updated after the patch that brought toddlers into the game. It would be best to remove the version that you have, and download the latest new version of the mod.
