Vampire and alien baby bug

My vampire, Wolfgang, recently had a baby from being abducted by aliens. The baby is now a toddler and seems to be a hybrid. Anyway, I didn't like the outfits his daughter was wearing so I had her go to the dresser to fix the outfits. Went through the process and then clicked on the checkmark when I was done. The outfits went back to what she started with. So, I went back in through edit icon from the world map to fix it. Went through the process again and hit the checkmark to save it again. The poor girl is back into the ugly outfit I tried to get rid of. I thought this was fixed. Is there a fix for it or a work around I should try? Or just skip playing the family until she is ready to age up? Before anyone says anything about custom content or anything else, I don't have anything in the game that didn't come with The Sims 4.

There may be an issue because she is a hybrid. You may need to wait to see if the issue is resolved once she ages up.

I hope so. Think I just wait until she ages up. I had the same bug before and they didn't grow out of it. There was a similar issue with aliens resetting after changing their appearance. I can't remember when the patch came out for that. Anyway, I am not a big fan of toddlers anyway so it won't be an issue to play other sim families until it is time to age her up.

I learned another bug with the alien/vampire hybrids today. My current male vampire had alien twins, one of them a hybrid. Obviously you can't change their clothes because there isn't a fix for that. The new thing I learned if you aren't there to name the alien hybrid you are stuck with the name that is given to them. I didn't like the name that was given to his son, so I took a chance to change his name. It didn't take. It went back to the name that was given to him.

I am sorry that you are having these issues. There isn’t meant to be hybrids in the game , so issues are resulting from it.

You can fix your hybrids by removing one occult trait from them, or thats how I know people have "fixed" them anyway. If you remove the vampire occult trait they'll be a normal alien

I don't want to remove vampire occult trait. I like them to have both of the traits like before it was fixed with a patch when they had their alien bug of not being able to save how they looked. Up until then I was able to save the changes. Since there is no possible fix for now, I will just go with it.

I dont think that issue was ever fixed in a patch. I've always had it
