How do I get rid of default lashes?

I've downloaded some lovely Praline Sims lashes but when I apply them in CAS the original ugly default "lashes" that are really just a solid blob of co,or are still there. How can I make them go away?

Also, is there a way to make the makeup scheme I choose default across all the dress categories?

Thanks. I guess I'll try that in a little while. Is that the only way to do it? Does anyone know of CC that automatically removes the EA "lashes?"

you can try the eyes without the eyelashes thats what i do because i don't feel like downloading a mod lol

Those no EA lashes, are pretty awesome. It completely removes EA's blocky looking eyelashes and makes all the eyes look normal.

I didn't even realize there was a "no lashes" option! LOL Guess I'll have to look more carefully.
