If i continue the game with 1 family, will the game generate random npc's that move into empty houses? And Will NPC Familys (Goths, Langrabb, Pancakes) try for baby?
In options -> gameplay you can set the game to fill in empty houses with randomly generated sims. There is no real story progression in the sims 4, but you can download a mod called MC Command center which will help your town by making sims marry, have children etc kind of like sims 3 but more restricted!
