@funkeeferret Yes, sim animations for my videos is what I'm looking for, I know it's a long shot to get an animator on here but thought I'd ask. Here is an example of a simmer who animates and offers the animations up for download:
Hmmm, that's pretty interesting. I had no idea animations could be used in this way. I hope you find what you're looking for. I watched your last video and was blown away by it. It's so amazing what Simmers can do with video.
@funkeeferret Thank you! Yeah, animations are so cool. I would like to learn but just don't have that kind of time. In the meantime, I make do with searching for what other people make!
Here is a work in progress modern house for the Gift of Creation Game. I thought I'd post a pic to help motivate others to play the game too. This is a starter modern house on a 30 x 20 lot for @Creativity_Rulez to consider. When it is complete, I will upload it and enter it in the game with more photos. I'm not used to doing modern houses. This is the first one I've done in Sims 3, so it was something else, I'll tell you, lol. I'm happy with how it turned out, but let's just say that it is smaller than I was hoping, so I strongly urge your Sims to earn the Steel Bladder so they don't get stuck in the bathrooms haha. I can't wait to move one of my sims in there so I can test it out. I'm also having internet problems, so there's that too. I do plan on making another house for the game if my computer cooperates. I'm having fun with this.

CAP is the create a pattern tool and CAW is the create a world tool. Sims 3 allows for more creativity than any game in the world! I would suggest having a look at this thread before you start your wishlist:

Thank you for the compliment, @creativity_rulez. I had to scour the net for pics of modern houses. I finally found one that inspired me to make this one. I really can't come up with this stuff on my own, haha.
@Envyfan I have downloaded and recommended your build! Love it! I have it already placed in my Sunset Valley I even reinstalled my pets pack and have all the builds made for me in Appaloosa Plains. Your house also looks great there. I will have pics later for everyone to see!

Oh, thank you for the compliment, FairyGodMother. I'm glad you like it. I forgot to mention it earlier but the house might sort of work as a starter house for you and Ciane. Though it is on an odd size lot 20 x 30... and your sims might need to put in some over time because the house will go over their intended budget ... unless you delete some unneeded items before they see them.
Edited to add that I am almost finished with the modern house. I enlarged it and It is in testing now. Everything is taking 100x longer due to computer and game problems. I have been having computer problems for a few months (will be getting a new one in a week or two) but my game has now decided to get nutty now too so there have been many failed starts to load, lagging, freezing, and longer than usual loading times as well plus unable to save and have to force a shut down. The house would have already been done if it wasn't for that.
Ok enough of my complaining! Sims are waiting for a new house! After I sim-test it and attempt to figure out how to put it through custard I will update here. Thanks.

Is CC, CAP or CAW Used? No. I do not have any CC in my game anymore with the exception of one hair style (the one in my avatar). I tried to keep items limited to base game and the packs that @Creativity_Rulez owns. The house has been Sim-tested and custard checked. Due to the computer/game problems I have been experiencing lately, I didn't get to Sim-test the house more than one Sim day before my computer froze again. Also, the patio set with the table and chairs is shown in the photo, but I forgot to put it back on the patio before I teleported it to the Exchange. Sorry about that. I hope you like the house, @Creativity_Rulez!
