Hello I would absolutely to share my S3 creations on here with everyone so without further ado please visit my studio and stay tuned to this thread for some updates/pictures!

This is just one of many houses which are to come in the world I am building in. This particular building is actually a triplex. I uploaded it to my studio but, it has yet to show up so if any of you are attempting to download it but, cannot find it in my studio please let me know in the comments and I'll see what I can do as far as re-uploading it goes which is what I may have to do.

* 1 apartment: 1BR 1B (smallest of the 3)
* on site laundromat

This triplex is pet friendly.

It is great that you are starting a showcase thread for your creations!
Pine Triplex is a very nice apartments building! Very nice exterior of the home! It is very nice that there are apartments on the first and second floors as well as in the basement. The fountain is a nice touch in the front coutyard area.
You may though like to start a thread in the Sims Builds section of the forums
