    How to make a wedding in the park on TS3?

      You don't need to use the world editor, you need to go into Edit Town, select the park, and go into buy mode to find the wedding arches. I don't use them often, so I have trouble finding them myself sometimes, but I'm pretty sure you can find them in select by room > outdoors > outdoor activities.
