    WELCOME TO THE MAFIA COMMUNITY SCUMMERS AWARDS™!

    It's been a year since we started playing the Mafia forum game here. It all started with Chaos_Fairy's mafia game called The Sims Mafia. After that game ended, our community expanded. So, I am hosting the very first edition of The Mafia Community Scummers Awards™ in The Sims Forums!

    Before we start, I would like to thank the Mafia Community here who I treasure the most. I don't want to expand this but I just wanted to say that I love you all <3

    So, what is this thing about?
    It's not a mafia game but an awarding ceremony for the outstanding players.

    How will this work?
    First, players including me will nominate players to receive an award (more on that later). 3 to 5 players who has the most votes will be nominated for that award. After the nominated players are chosen, players will talk (or maybe not) and vote one of the nominated players who they think should get the award. The player who has the most votes will get the award. In case of a tie, players will vote again.

    What are the awards?

    Game of the Year - This award will be given to moderators/hosts. Players can choose games from the sims mafia hosted by chaos_fairy up to the sims mafia hosted by me (Keyen).

    Best Moderator - This award will be given to moderators/hosts who hosted from the sims mafia hosted by chaos_fairy up to the sims mafia hosted by me (Keyen). It should meet the following criteria: Excellent Moderation. Players may nominate hosts that they think should get the award.

    Best Setup - This award will be given to moderators/hosts. Players may nominate games that they think has the best setup and most enjoyable setup.

    Best Player - This award will be given to a player. Players may nominate a player who they think has the best play style in all alignment.

    Best Town Player - This award will be given to a player. Players may nominate a player who they think have the best playstyle as town.

    Best Mafia Player - This award will be given to a player. Players may nominate a player who they think have the best playstyle as mafia.

    Best Third Party (Indie) Player - This award will be given to a player. Players may nominate a player who they think have the best playstyle as third party.

    Best Scum Team - This award will be given to players. Players may nominate players who played the best scum team in a game.

    Best Town Players - This award will be given to players. Players may nominate players who played the best town players in a game.

      there can be a mafia sided role (wins with mafia), a town sided role (wins with town), and a third party role (has its own winning condition. wins with neither town or mafia.)

      Most of our recent games have only had the two parties, but Crafty's upcoming game is the return of third parties! :smile:

      Sounds fun. I keep almost sending in nominations and then get worried I'm nominating the 'wrong' person. Because that makes a ton of sense, no? :unamused: I will probably leave in to the players who have been around longer.
