W.I.P. - "Fifth Wheel" Truck Stop (+hotel, restaurant, and store)

First -

Fifth Wheel = the "hitch" on the truck where the "king pin" (yep, that's what it's called) on the trailer connects.

(Note that it's a Work In Progress, but this is what I've got so far)

Now the issue I've got is -

If I turn this into a "community" lot, the restaurant stove disappears.( BOOO!! )
But this is a truck stop, not a private residence. Does anyone know of a way I can keep my stove on a community lot?

I'm marking it as "visitors welcomed" if that helps.

Hi! Such a pain about the stove! But the only thing I have ever got to stay on a community lot are the specialty stoves (the ones that come with a Venue) from the store and the community grill from BG.

I have MOOed the grill into a kitchen before but the cooking options are still limited.

Your WIP is looking great! The fueling island and the wrecked car are great parts of the build! I am sorry that you have the issue with the stove.

I usually use the pizza oven and Japanese grill instead of a real oven, even on my residential lots
