    Your July-September predictions for TS4...

    What are your predictions for this quarter of TS4 in 2017? This is a tough one because if the leaked EP is to be believed that won't come until the next quarter in November. A GP doesn't seem likely so soon after Parenting, but they surprised us after Vampires so one could come around September. Nothing is impossible. We might just see an SP or two? In this quarter last year we only saw one release (Backyard SP) which was coincidentally one of the largest (in terms of new gameplay) SPs we've received. I'm not saying there's a pattern but we shouldn't rule anything out. Another thing to think about is that we haven't really had any significant free update features since January...

      I think we will get a witches game pack, of not two stuff packs. I think after Pets they will release a werewolf game pack to go nicely with it

      I think we will get 1 SP. The reason is because it is summer and things seem to slow down in summer for releases. Another GP would be a massive surprise! but if they did that, I wouldn't expect it til maybe September, I'm thinking.

      I would say a SP maybe 2 SPs but normally this time around, there's usually a content drought. Although we seem to get 2 or 3 updates that bring some much needed features. Usually it's 1 major change (i.e. gender customization from last year and toddlers from this year) and there are 2 sometimes 3 features that are brought on via patch updates. Last year it was the nanny service and the lot traits that were the minor updates. Since toddlers was the major update, I would like to think we were getting a minor update that brings something to the game.

      If we only get 1 SP that's fine with me, especially if it means they put more hours into pets development. That's probably the reason why it's slowed down in previous summers, since Get Together and City Living were released in the winter so it might be that they put more effort in to those instead of more SPs/GPs.

      WHAT!? I'd no idea stuff pack development went on for such a long time.

      Well then, I suppose we'll have a different stuff pack for Q3. Still hoping for a bed and bath stuff. Or maybe toddler stuff.

      1 SP. EP4 announcement near the end of the quarter (similar to CL) so they can release it in November. :/

      SP's/GP's and EP's all have their own team, so I doubt it has anything to do with that.

      I guess it's taking a little bit longer as they're involving the community. And yes, I'd love a bed and bath SP!

      For next Q, I really don't think we will get that much. Somehow I'm expecting to see one or two SPs and maybe a fun free update, buuuut ... you never know :D if we get a GP - which would be awesome lol - I could see them doing a beach themed GP, new holiday destination kinda thing like OR. It would fit really well to the season. I'd much prefer a witches GP but .. well .. we just got vampires, so I don't think I should hold my breath for it :D Or the tropical destination.

      July-September? I'd say 2 Stuff Packs but wouldn't be surprised at just one. I think we'll see an EP and an SP in the October-December quarter and no more GPs this year, as we've already got two.

      I think it's time for a less full quarter. I think it'll be a single SP in August and maybe some small free update.
      I think the SP will be some sort of summery theme. Pool stuff or some sort of outdoorsy stuff.

      I honestly think Pets are coming next quarter, but I have no idea what the plans are for any other upcoming packs so that's a suprise (for me atleast). Can't wait to play with my puppies & kittens!

      If we only get one SP though, I'm really hoping it's a playground SP with loooots of stuff for toddlers in it lol (do these themes match? :/ anyway it'd be awwwsome)

      Graham has confirmed Pool Stuff isn't a theme we'll be seeing this year, and he's also stated that swings would be too animation-heavy for an SP.

      I am crossing my fingers for a Toddlers SP! I hope we get a new activity/play item for them and then maybe a playpen and baby monitor, plus lots of clothes and HAIRS! And a new bedroom set, although I think we can agree they're in more dire need of CAS. :lol:

      I would love to see a Witches, Beach/Tropical Vacation, Dating or Casinoes and Arcades GP. I would love if they surprised us with one!

      Yes a toddler SP would be perfect as well, maybe with xylophone and toddler kitchen object, so they can increase their skills or just learn to play some music (it would be so cute if other toddlers would come and listen or toddlers could play in their toddler kitchen together and serve fake food and drinks lol :D)

      @Simanite, aww that's a shame, I was really hoping for new pool stuff :( Toddler stuff would be good though and a casino to go into Oasis Springs!

      YES! And an easy-bake oven for kids. And a table for them to sell what they make, as well as lemonade.

      I'm going with two SPs.

      Wouldn't mind one focusing on new make up (especially blush), hair, and accessories. Even with no new gameplay object. Just CAS items.
