    You were either a secret creator/builder before or you are a quick learner-) lovely house nicely decorated I like all the little extra touches and the style of the kitchen cabinets I don't think they are EA's own are they?

    @Nindl -That house looks very well-built and it looks like you remembered the back door.I've seen a lot of EA home without a back door and usually have to add one before the house is usuable.The kitchen has a few things I have in my game.Here's from the construction of my Deery Meadows city hall rabbit hole shell which is zoned as a library in the game and where the Jankowskys stayed on their free vacation.
    Here's another construction update from Deery Meadows at the town hall.
    I added showers to the public washrooms on the main floor and in the basement.

    I added toilets,changing tables and mirrors to both washrooms.

    I started setting up a kitchen with appliances and counters.

    I added the rest of the kitchen appliances and seating.

    Thanks a bunch! :smiley:

    @SPARKY1922
    Thank you! :blush:

    You mean the kitchen counters, right? Those are actually from EA, haha, a Sims 4 conversion from ATS 3 found here. :)

    Lovely screenshots! That house looks impressive. So does the more stars mod, really pretty. Those deers are really cute and funny, one time I had no less than three of them prancing down the street in front of my house. :mrgreen:

    @TadOlson
    Thanks! :relieved:

    Cool pics! ;)

    @TadOlson Cool pics!

    Thanks I wish I had never asked re the kitchen counters because I have been on a 3 downloading spree this last couple of days but cannot resist those they look awesome and I have a nice loft build they would look so good in.........I am going to keep the realistic clouds and stars mod as I think they are both so pretty. I would have loved to see 3 deer in-front of the house do you have any pics of that? if so love to see them (as always-)

    @JULES1111

    I have just about finished IP just need to finish checking for route lags/stuck sims and once that is done I will leave it until I get my new shiny resort to play with.. I have also been playing in rflong7's sims isle III which is a lovely world but I am now hankering to kit out her my Bridgeport world again as I want to put that awesome kitchen Nindl used in her build in my city lofts talk about skipping from one world to another and back :)

    @TadOlson

    great pics but am wondering as you said town hall have you made your town hall playable with rugs or the like?

    I totally understand you, I am actually almost always on a downloading spree. :D
    I even have a gif of the three deers. :)

    Here:

    BTW the house you can see in the background is the Spencer Mansion from Resident Evil I built for Sims 3. It is on my blog if someone is interested in it. ;)

    Well I am still in IP adding and tweaking but I think I am getting Deer stalked as just after adding a tiny fairy park to one of the islands a deer turned up :)

    0thHLf1.jpg

    I also found an awesome park CC free and added the Ferris wheel which is CC and animated so sims can ride on it..

    I've got rabbit hole rugs in the town hall and the lot was zoned as a library so it could be used even more and serve as a free vacation destination.

    That's a great idea I have downloaded all the rugs a couple of months ago and I really need to learn how to use them as it's much better if we could play in those rabbit holes when we can take our sims in there :)

    Great pictures! :smiley:
    I didn't know it is possible to build community lot house boats.
  • SPARKY1922SPARKY1922 Posts: 5,965 Member
    @Nindl

    yes you just need to change the lot type (not the port) in this case the houseboat to whatever community lot you want it to be just like you do with on land lots. The dance/casino boat works well but when I tried a bakery/coffee boat sims were getting stuck so I had to delete that one. I would love to be able to say made the dance houseboat but I am afraid it is player made by someone else with skills-)

    what are you up to now 2 or 3?

    Sims 3. I am currently playing with my Christina Aguilera sim, she is a firefighter. :D
    I hope I soon find time to play again and then don't forget to take some screenshots to show you. :)

    @Nindl

    It's been ages since I played the firefighter I may give it another go. I have finished IP it's waiting the new resort which is nearly finished I think. Then yesterday I started kitting out rflong7's my Bridgeport world which is a lot bigger than EA's tiny version so my sim that's in IP got a makeover and plonked in the city they will probably meet another when they travel between worlds hahaha

    I was not fishing for pics lol I was just wondering what you were playing now :)

    @Nindl

    I was searching for something today and came across a 40x40 residential fire station where your fireman/woman can live and thought you might be interested :)

    Looks cool, thanks for the link. However, I recently built a fire station myself for my sim and am going to keep playing with this one. :)
  • SPARKY1922SPARKY1922 Posts: 5,965 Member
    @Nindl

    I know you did and I downloaded your fire station as well but I noticed this fire station was set to residential so I thought a fire fighter sim might be able to live and work on the same lot as I am not sure they can do that on a fire station lot set to community? Of course with hindsight you could also change the lot to test that yourself with your own fire station :)

    @SPARKY1922
    Okay, I see. I am not sure, I think you could sort of live on a community lot, but you would still need to return home for bills and mails and such. I am happy that you downloaded my fire station. :)
