No SP for ads watched

For...about a week-ish... I have watched the ads over and over and receiving no SP for any of them. At first, I thought it would show within the 24 hour period. But alas.. nothing. I try every day. Once in a blue moon, i will be thrown 5 sp, like pity points haha. I have contacted EA. She said they are looking into it, and to put it up here as well. Anyone else seeing this?

@Kitiara unfortunately, others are experiencing this as well. "BROKEN ADS PLAY BUT DON'T PAY."
