My Origin

I'm just bumping around Origin, trying to view the Sims I have shared to the gallery. But, my security question - which is part of who I am, so I cannot forget it - is incorrect each time I try to type it in. This disables me from changing my picture, among other things. Is this a glitch other people are experiencing? Because I can see the answer to my security question, right there on the screen. It should be correct, because I'm typing it in the exact same way. All this seems to be is a hindrance.
