What can I say?
This is perfect content for my Turn-All-My-Sims-Into-Toddlers scenario.
I am on vacation next week, so I will probably get back into playing the game until this pack arrives.
I have the toddler stuff pack now.
Miss Peregrine approves, but...
four toddlers is going to drive her, and me, too batty to actually enjoy it.
Before toddlers stuff, all we had was the children's play-sets outside.
Useless to all these toddlers coming in.
This new content will give my toddlers more reasons to play outside.
Bastet has to be the first to try out something new.
Continued:
I like her kitten outfit.
But it's nice that this pack is offering more choices.
Goes in there.
Pops up here.
It's really cute.
And there is Ceridewen.
She is going through some emotional distress from hunger and lack of attention.
Miss Peregrine can barely keep up.
The three new toddlers aren't potty trained and don't have enough motor skills to climb the large staircase.
Wolf themed clothing?
I wonder if wolves and werewolves are coming somehow, like in The Sims 2.
Zane is upset about the broken dollhouse.
Maybe the ball pit will cheer him up.
Advanced motor skills has him leaving Ceridwen in the dust.
The ball pit doesn't bother me as much as some simmers.
It's true that it could use a higher resolution texture and more ball bumps.
But I find myself more focused on the fun the toddler is having than the object itself.
There is so much going on with these toddlers that there might not be much time to actually enjoy the new stuff.
Potty training time.
I like this.
I will definitely start setting food outside in this area for the toddlers.
Meadow had a bad day at school which left her embarrassed and angry.
She's too distracted by her thoughts to interact with the toddlers.
She can't interact with them on the new play-sets anyway.
I am not using any of the hair because there is a story behind these three toddler's hair.
The clothes seem kind of true to life.
Perhaps I should get rid of the dollhouse.
Keep the bear.
Alright, let's carry you downstairs.
Work on those motor skills because she doesn't have time for toddler hauling.
More children will be coming to the orphanage. I think I have a good setup for them.
We have got to get these kids potty trained.
I like this pack, but I have to say that it should have been a part of Parenthood, making that pack that much more awesome and leaving room for something new for stuff packs.
Meadow has a cozy bedroom in the attic with a nice view. She can get away from the toddlers, but they can now track her down by climbing up the staircase. The CC window looks great, but has a couple of transparency issues in the lower corners. I'll ignore them because the window is too awesome to reject.
The toddlers are improving their skills. Bastet is the first in everything.
She can easily outrun Hecate.
No contest.
I still like the Toddler Stuff pack.
These three should be working on skills, but I like seeing them have fun here:
I will most likely use it for parks, not homes, but it seems a good fit for the orphanage.
Aww... look who's dancing now.
It's all good fun.
Except for Meadow.
She has to help Miss Peregrine out to keep things under control.
Messes are starting to accumulate.
Uhhhgh... leave it.
Leave it.
Miss Peregrine can barely keep up with her own needs.
It's good that Zane is aging up. That's one less toddler to tend to.
Well that's not the look I want for him.
Let's change your appearance.
Uh oh, Zane. You've been hit by....
You've been struck by...
A smooth criminal.
First to get a piece of cake.
Yeah, you know you are going to be one of my favorite sims.
The birthday boy is feeling down and depressed.
I suspect this is a bug.
He has a vampire's thirst moodlet. I don't think he is supposed to get that as a child. He can't drink Plasma Packs to get rid of it.
I sent him, along with Meadow, to Forgotten Hollow to see if they could find some Plasma Fruit, but that whole trip was uneventful, so I didn't take any screenshots.
Things were in Chaos upon their return. Needs were low all around.
The girls needed to use the potty, baths, sleep, food, attention... it was crazy.
And they were scattered around the lot.
Plus the ghost showed up to make everyone tense.
I think it's time for Meadow to confront this ghost.
Yes, she's the, I see dead people, child.
She makes an effort to say hello, but she clearly isn't feeling it.
We'll see where this goes, but this lot will probably be ghost busted.
Miss Peregrine caved in to hiring extra help around the house.
She paid for the services of a butler, just until Bastet, Ceridwen, and Hecate outgrow the toddler stage.
This has given her the opportunity to get back to writing. Her book royalties are dwindling.
"?"
"Meow."
"Meow?"
"What is that on your face...?"
"Meow."
"Meow."
"Gaahhh!"
"What is going on here?"
"Meow?"
"Face paint?"
"I believe I can guess the root cause of this."
"Meadow Thayer!"
"I should have known immediately. What where you thinking when you painted cat faces on those girls?
Were you making fun of them? Their situation is not a joke!"
"What?
No! I wouldn't make fun of them like that. I like them. They asked me to paint their faces."
"How could they ask you? They can't even speak yet."
"They know 'Kitty'."
They saw how I had painted my face. They showed me the cats on their dresses and pointed to their faces and said 'kitty'.
That's how I knew they wanted me to paint their faces, so they could be cats."
"Really?"
"Yeah, that's the truth of it."
"Well, imagine that. My apologies, Meadow.
It was an overreaction on my part."
"You've got that right. I have never seen you...
"Heeey... they really are part cat, aren't they?"
"You wouldn't be this upset if they weren't. So... what exactly is their 'situation'?"
"Meadow..."
"Meow!"
"Omigosh! Will you listen to Ceridwen?
That was a perfect cat meow."
"I knew it! I knew it! That explains why Bastet purrs whenever I rub her head. That explains why she is named Bastet--an Egyptian cat goddess. How is this possible? Did someone experiment on them? Were they test tube human-cat babies?" What does Ceridwen's name mean? And Hecate's? Oh! And their hair, are those little twists in their hair hiding cat ears? Can I peek?"
"Enough, Meadow. Just don't go spreading this bit of news around. They are under our protection after all."
"Okay, but this place has just gotten a whole lot more interesting."
Yay! So glad to see updates, I love it. Bastet is an adorable little trip, I love her lol.
This game is giving me cuteness overload.
I just noticed that she has a freezer bunny tablet.
Before aging them down to toddlers I thought Ceridwen would be the cute and adorable one, but it turned out to be Bastet.
Ceridwen turns up the cute as a teen.
Loved the update...test tube kitties, great idea. Loved the pictures!
Ok CK, I totally understand you about the 4 toddlers. I had a vampire family, before it glitched out who had 4 toddlers, 2 sets of twins...
God knows why I have any hair left on my head, lol.
Awaiting more updates...
In my house, dog hair sticks to everything but the dog.
I haven't had much time to play my games and the time I have had has been with The Sims 3.
I am trying out a Simmer created custom world for the first time and I am absorbed with it for now.
I did miss my TS4 sims enough to open up the game and kick about an old save.
I didn't want to get started with Miss Peregrine since I didn't want to start something I couldn't finish, or at least get very far.
So instead, I played around in CAS and gave Alexus a subtle face tweak.
Next I brought in Olivia to play around with some new CC.
I love this on Olivia.
It brings back memories of another Goth Fairy. I had to see her in the game.
If those wings actually worked I bet she could do some fantastic basketball moves:
The freaks come out at night and remain during the day.
If she was a real fairy, she could have some devious fun with him.
Especially for digging around in the trash.
She does have access to harsh language now.
Yeah, forbidden words are a new thing in The Sims now.
The racoon wannabe does not approve.
Being a potty mouth was quite enjoyable in this case.
Too cute.
I am going to make this her CosPlay outfit when she ages up to a teen in Miss Peregrine's saved game.
I did play Olivia a little longer, and to my dismay, found out what the game was doing to my other sims and their clothing.
I happened to look up and saw this.
I did not know planes were flying overhead.
Are our sims going to travel anywhere? Someplace tropical hopefully?
I do have some Peregrine pics to share, hopefully tomorrow.
Love the pics, as usual. Not sure how you can go back to play Sims 3, I've tried and kept getting confused as to which game has what controls, have almost lost how to play 3, lol. I'm getting ready to uninstall 3 and I never thought I would but it's taking up space.
Brace yourself for more cuteness, that is if you are getting Cats and Dogs.

I thought it would be the end for TS3 (I'll explain momentarily), but it is a bit jarring of a transition between games.
I had decided to build a replacement for my old computer several years earlier than expected for quite a few reasons.
The Sims 4 wasn't one of them since it really doesn't need a more powerful machine.
More + Gameplay:
I was more interested in how TS3 would perform on it.
Load times were cut in half and it only take one minute longer than The Sims 4 to load.
It took a long time to install the packs and patch it, but I noticed that my excitement for bringing back TS3 didn't grow until I installed Supernatural, Seasons, and University.
Hopefully the same will happen with TS4.
After I was satisfied that TS3 was okay on Windows 10 and my new hardware, I loaded up The Sims 4.
I noticed that the white outline is back.
I didn't load up Miss Perigrine's save because I just wanted to see how things were working.
This is an old save when everyone were young adults.
It looks good, but I don't think anything has changed much other than a little faster loading.
Gutterball!
Tough luck, Bastet.
Oh don't be such a quitty-cat.
Faeries don't like to play alone.
"You should get a pet."
Yeah, someone is looking forward to Pets.
I brought Bastet back to work on her bowling skills after I say Olivia throw a flaming bowling ball.
Dropped ball!
The midnight bowling theme is rather cool.
Bedtime for this cat though.
Well after that, I had to drop in on Miss Peregrine.
Aw.
Bastet was on the move.
Hecate was already out here.
I then noticed the ball pit was looking very detailed.
Oh wow, EA actually went back and fixed this.
Very Nice.
I am currently back into Skyrim and TS3 right now, but I will probably pick up my game again when Pets arrives, so I can check out what might be useful for my Cat sims. I should make a post on Pets in general however before it comes out.
Hi, bshag4lv.
The case has some minor issues, but I love the way it turned out.
I like Windows 10 because I can make it look like Windows 8.1.
And in combination with my high resolution nature and city scenes and my video image backdrops, it's quite nice to look at.
This is actually full motion raindrops on a window. Simulated, but it looks convincing.
I have to be honest that pets are not a big part of my simming.
But I do like having the option of giving a sim a pet who I really feel would have one.
However, It's strays and other critters that have always been really annoying to me in past Sims games. I also didn't like TS3 story progression giving other sims pets that I didn't want them to have.
Also pets are notorious for breaking custom content and other mods.
It's the same for TS4 as I had to get rid of all my custom sofas and beds.
I gave the EP a test run on my old save because I don't want to corrupt Miss Peregrine and my other others sims.
There is something odd about these cat animations, like the bones and joints are a bit off.
Well, I guess they will do to switch things up a bit.
I will hand out a pet now and then.
But not if they are going to be doing that.
[Edit] My mod that stops the ridiculous crazed grin on sims was the cause of this.
Strangely enough, I value this EP for the new world and new career more than the cats and dogs it brings.
I am starting to miss all these homes I built in Newcrest.
This is Melonie's and Ling's home, next door Sheldon's and Jewel's home pictured above.
Sheldon and Jewel came over for a visit.
The plan is for all my sims that are currently toddlers will grow up to go to University, move to San Myshuno apartments after Uni, and then settle down in Newcrest after they have advanced their careers and found a spouse.
As for cats and dogs,
who needs pets when you have toddlers?
But darn it, I have a looooooong wait until we get University.
These tykes will not be aging past teens until I get that EP.
I think I might have something to do in the meanwhile thanks to Cats and Dogs.
A The Truth About Cats & Dogs scenario may be a fun distraction and way to see how my Bachelor Challenge rules can be brought over from The Sims 3 to The Sims 4.
It won't be exactly like the movie, but I can have a love triangle going here using a bachelor challenge to pick the right girl for Brian. Abby will be a veterinarian instead of a radio personality. I have to give Noelle some thought though.
Yeah, as soon as I have all my sims in the game as toddlers and then play them up to teens, I might give this scenario a try.
We should have more game packs and stuff packs by then, so I might have more content to add to it.

Two sounds ok.
