Please fix CL festival glitches!

1. Booths spawn on top of other objects rendering them unusable
2. Objects spawn inside other objects making them unusable
3. Previous festivals don't completely clear -- my Sim had to go to work so couldn't stay till the end of the flea market, but that shouldn't stop the market from clearing!
These issues are making City Living unplayable for me, which is a shame because I enjoy many of the features of the pack like the semi-active careers, karaoke, and the festivals in general (other than these glitches). Can we please get a fix soon?
