Can't Download Store Content Onto Launcher

Hello, I found it impossible to download Store Content to the Launcher. I get the Log In Pop Up but logging in only brings up The Log In pop Up, plus the Welcome Screen is Blank, just has a Blue Screen, nothing else.

If anybody has this problem, or has a solution to this problem, please post here. I wan't to install Store Content and I can't.

After much confusion, people asking which browser am I using? I have managed, I think , to work out a decently simple explanation on how to solve this issue:

The Sims 3 uses Internet Explorer to to connect to The Store, it doesn't matter what browser you are using to access The Store's web pages.

You need to (in my case) 1. Find Internet Explorer and open it

2. Clear everything in it's caches.

You will know if it has worked if you get content on the 'Welcome' tab when you start the game. If you do you should be able to log into your Store Account from in-game and download.

If it is possible to change the Browser the game uses I do not know how to do it.
