No options for posts other than emojis? FIXED

I took a little (okay, a pretty big) break from the forums and I've come back and I no longer have the options to italicize, center text, or post images on my posts. I'm not a new member, and I'm seriously confused as to why I can't do anything. Did these features get removed, or is it just me?

(Also not sure where to put this as it isn't game related, but forum related)

If you're on mobile, there's limited options. But the full site still has everything.

It seems to have fixed itself.

It was acting up for me too yesterday, but it does seem to be fixed now.
