(Sims 2) Is there any way I can change a sim's hairstyle that I don't control?

I am trying to figure out how to change my sim's landlord's awful hairstyle. Is there a way I change his hairstyle without moving the guy in?

    Yup, you can use the simblender to change his appearance, so long as he is on the lot.

    That's the safest way. You could also use SimPE, but that is a complicated program, if misused could mess up a lot of stuff. :/

    I completely forgot about Simblender, thank you very much for reminding me. :)

    @LaBlue0314

    I also use control this sim mod which only works if you have less than the maximum amount of sims in your current household as that sim gets added to your current household while you use it then once you are in control of that sim you can send them to the mirror wherever you are even on community lots.

    If like me you don't like ugly townies and want to change their clothes as well I use Christianlov's gussy up mod which can be used to buy clothes of the townie/sim of your choice and again that sim is temporarily added to your household while you make the changes to their outfits. This mod works by clicking on any sim anywhere and the mod shows up as an action. I hope that makes sense :)

    For example whenever I start a new hood and my sims are out and about in various community lots and I see ugly townies I want to change the hair and clothes of I use the control this sim mod to send that sim to the mirror to change their appearance then deselect the sim from my household, then use the gussy up mod to buy their new modern clothes.

    You can use boolprop, right?
    Just shift-right-click the sim and make the sim selectable, change the hair, then make the sim unselectable.
    I can't add a photo yet but here's one from google if you don't know what I'm talking about (just in case!) : http://pu.i.wp.pl/bloog/87804738/51616586/Make_selectable_8K_big.jpg

    If you have OFB, the stylist chair. It may take a couple tries, but in my game the very first makeover turns out good more often than not.

    You could also use a vanity table I think. That's how I change my NPC's hairstyles. :]
