I hadn't posted earlier that the bedrooms in the last pictures of your Von Glamour mansion look very nice! Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms and colour schemes! The living room is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting resting in front of the fire chatting. The grandfather clock is a nice home touch there. Very glass tiled roofing pergola! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar there. They will enjoy sitting on the sofas , eating and drinking food and drinks from the bufffet table and fountain, enjoying the outdoors air
It is a very nice and detailed home!

Ooooh, awesome that you decided to start your own showcase! Always been a fan of your room designs for Rosemow's weekly challenge, but really love your house as well. The tiny-yet-not-quite-starters all have great charm, and yup, I know the challenge to stay within a starter budget is not easy when your having fun designing, been there, done that. And wow, your Von Glamour mansion is simply epic, just loooove all the interior design there, respect for undertaking such a gigantic project.

Your estate looks wonderful, and wow yes it's huge!

I have done some large homes before, but nothing like this. I can imagine it took quite some time to finish it all! Cudos for sticking to it and making it to the finish line! In a build like this that is quite an achievement.. haha!

I love the garden you have created outside, it looks worthy of a mansion The inside is impeccable, as I expected, since I know how wonderful you are with decorating! So many lovely details in every room, it's a joy to look through your photos I love the green kitchen by the way, I am so bad at using interesting colors for kitchens!

A pool on the front yard!!

The exterior design of Sweet Cafe is very nice! The brick wall texture of the exterior and interior walls gives a great look to the venue! The awnings are a nice touch over the front windows. Very nice ground floor and upper balcony areas for sims to enjoy sitting at the tables in the outdoors air having a drink or something to eat whilst looking out at the view or at other sims coming to the cafe.Very nice furnishing of the interior of the build! It is great that there is a kitchen for sims to cook items to sell there. Sims will enjoy ordering food and drinks from the espresso bar or buying food from the glass display case to eat and drink whilst sitting on the sofa or on the arnchairs in the sunny windows nook. The menu boards look great on the wall! The ceiling lights are very pretty! The three colours of the bar stool counters look great! The sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst sitting on the stools. The magazine rack looks great there! The vases of flowers are pretty either sides of the front door. Very nice upper balcony areas! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas in the nooks having a read of a book, or enjoy sitting at the desk tables using the computer. The wall pictures add a very nice look to the cafe!
The cafe venue is very nice!

Corner St is a very nice home! It is great that it is only base game. Very nice exterior design of the home! The glass windows display of the cacti near the front door look great! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The black and white colour scheme looks very nice. Nice sofa and armchairs sitting areas for sims to relax and watch tv or listen to radio music. The yellow flowers look sunny there. The black brick walls look great. Very nice light filled dining nook. Sims will enjoy looking out through the windows whilst eating a meal at the table. The rose and yellow blossoms are pretty touches there. Very nice design of the kitchen! The black cabinets look great placed on the stone textured walls. Very nice outdoors patio area for sims to enjoy resting on the sofas in the sunshine or enjoy painting on the easel. The outdoors dining and pool patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them at the umbrella covered table in the outdoors air.
It is a very nice home!

Oh my, I haven't visited you in a while now! So much new stuff to look through!

I must say that Sweet Cafe is just precious, I love the brick interior, that is just perfect for a Cafe! I just made a small Coffee shop as part of my last build actually, and I chose the same brick I think! haha.

Summer Home is gorgeous, and I love how you have used colors so boldly! I think I have complimented you on something like this before, haha! I always admire those using bold color combos, as I never dare to do that in my builds

The Newcrest home is so sweet, and has a very homely feel! I love that bathroom actually, that looks wonderful Oh and the landscaping is lovely, must be cozy to sit outside on that little patio

Your base game build Corner st. is just lovely! I love the exterior shapes and different colors used! Great modern build. I also love the different stone and brick textures in the interior, I just love stone walls!! You have done so well keeping the inside sleek and stylish!

Thank you @Laebeth brick walls on a Coffee shop it's awesome! I'll check yours . About the colors on my builds, I get shy about it, thinking it might be too much but I guess you just have to go all the way. That happens to me, always, when it comes to decide the outdoor color scheme and which to use

For the bathroom in Newcrest Home, I made something similar long ago for Sims 3 but that one had plants around the tub and it was placed on a stone foundation (kind of like in the foundation 0 . Also I made the front of the house based on the kdrama Ms Panda and Mr Hedgehog, it was actually a bakery on the series but it looked so beautiful!

Oohh, Corner st. interior is my fav, guess we are fans of brick and stone walls

The designs of each of the three latest homes look very nice! Sims will enjoy living in Bachelors Dream, with all the great features that the build has! The dj booth and pool patio looks great! It is very nice that there is a glass tiling dance floor in the middle of the pool! It is a very stylishly nice home!
741 Chic's Loft is a very nice light filled home. The paintings are special touches on the walls. The way that the glass windows have been angled looks very creative! Very nice open plan layout of the home. The shoes rack and coat stand are homely touches near the door.
829TinyRed oak is very creatively designed to be only 4x4! You are have used the space so very well! The curved roofing and the red colour of the exterior walls looks very nice. The brick wall texture of the interior walls gives a nice look to the home.
