Pool Glitch?

Lately I've been having an issue with pools. I tell them to go and swim laps but instead of that, they just go to the edge of the pool and get out. Anyone else?

Other simmers are also having this issue.

Some simmers have found that bulldozing the pool, then creating the pool again has helped with the issue.
