Welcome to my showcase!

I've finally decided to open a thread for my builds, yay! I'm still quite new to building in Sims 4, so things might look a bit weird in some builds. Especially roofs, I hate roofs in Sims 4, why are there no octagonal roofs?
Anyway, only my most recent builds will have screenshots for now. I might add screenshots to the older ones when I have time to do so.

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds and rooms! The rooms that you post on the room challenge thread are so very nicely and creatively designed and furnished ! It is very nice looking at your homes and rooms that you have showcased in this thread. It is a very nice variety of different types and styles of homes and rooms. The exterior design and layout of the Treehouse and Lighthouse builds are extra creative! They look so very great! Very nice modern designs of the other homes. They look very stylishly nice! Very nice furnishing of the interiors of each of the homes.

I love that lighthouse build, so creative! I also love many of your rooms, but not sure I could pick a favorite You have a great eye for interior design which is not only seen in your individual rooms, but the interior of your homes. I really like your style

These are all great! I'm just starting to dip my toe into building and decorating (I used to just choose ready-made lots from the gallery all the time) and these are great for some inspiration. I especially like your modern single home and starters!

A Magical Dinner looks so very pretty! Very nice seat benches sitting nook! The candle is a nice touch on the table between the seats. The flowers and the lit white tree along the corner edges of the room look so very nice! The bird bath is a special touch there. It is such a pretty place for sims to enjoy resting there on the seating, amidst the pretty flowers! Very nice glass roofing pergola dining table area! It looks so very nice! The flowers look very pretty along the roofing edges and the white curtains add a very nice look to the area! The dining seat type looks very nice. The candles are nice on the table top for sims to see whilst dining.. The white patterned wall divider look very nice used there. The flowers look so very pretty on the side edge of the pergola !
It is a very special outdoors dining room!
The exterior design of Patio Starter is so very creative! It looks very nice how you have used the white wall dividers on the porch corners and the trellis over the top of the porch areas look so nice! The lavender looks pretty on the corner edges. The green roofing looks great! Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home.
It is a very nice starter!

Very nice design of the Japanese themed bedroom! Very nice Asian themed furnishing of the room! The windows look very nice in the room. Sims will enjoy waking up to sunshine coming in through the windows. The type of bed in the room looks nice and the curtains on the bedhead wall complement with it so well! The incense on the bedside table will enable a very nice aroma to fill the room. The books on the other bedside table is a homely touch. It looks nice the way the screen shade divider separates off the dresser area. The bonsai plants, the wall paintings of the koi fish Asian art, the blossom on the dresser and the zen item on the other table suit the Japanese theme so very well!
It is a very nice bedroom

The exteirior design of Remodelled Factory, looks great! You have captured the old factory theme so very well! The exterior and interior brick wall texture and the interior flooring texture gives a great look and feel to the build. The roofing and smoke towers looks great! The type of windows used suits the type of home. Very nice outdoors dining and play area. The hedging around the edges of the area looks great, creating an outdoors nook. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars and in the sand pit. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan layout looks very nice. The hanging pans and wall cutlery in the kitchen are nice home touches. Very nice gaming and library nook for sims to have fun playing chess or card table games, or enjoy sittting resting on the seats reading a book. The karaoke nook looks great! The black and white colours of the sofas looks effective together. Sims will enjoy singing and listening to others singing there. The patterned floor rugs add a nice look to the nook areas in the home. Very nice sitting nook for sims to enjoy resting there watching tv, playing console games and listening to radio music. They will enjoy painting on the easel in the art nook. The art decor there and the painting on the street gallery item looks great! Very nice pink and grey colour scheme of the single bedroom. The shoes rack, items on the wall shelves , wall paintings and the starry mirror look very nice in the room and are nice home touches. The wall piping in the rooms looks great! It is great that there is a photo studio room in the home.

The modern exterior design of Modern White House looks very nice! The white colour scheme of the exterior and interior looks very nice! The large glass windows give a great look to the home! Sims will enjoy looking at the outdoors views whilst inside. It looks very nice that water is bordering the edges of the home. Very nice lattice covered outdoors dining pergola area on the back patio! Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and dining in the outdoors air there, or enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen looks great! The white and blue colour scheme gives a very nice look to the room. The white brick wall texture looks great, and the cake display item and hanging pans are nice kitchen touches. The design of the living room looks very nice ! The tv nook is great! The planter box and the large white circle wall decor item looks great! Sims will enjoy using the computer at the desk table. Very nice light filled windows dining nook! Sims will enjoy dining there with sunshine coming in onto them . The furnishing and colour schemes of the bedrooms look very nice! The bunk bed in the third bedroom looks great! The white and gold colour wall pattern and furnishings in the master bedroom is elegant! The poster on the bedside wall and mysims decals on the glass door give a great look to the first kids room! The koala is cute!
The home is very nice!
