Some of the outfit choices that the heavy set sims wear in the game are questionable. What I mean is, do they look good in that tight little outfit or not? I see that almost all the time with the heavy set sims wearing tight little outfits in my game. And then I wonder how the plum did they manage to fit into that little outfit.

If it's saggy, wouldn't that mean she lost a lot of weight?
That kind of stretched skin would take awhile to return to the correct size. So, theoretically...?
It depends on the individual. Some people IRL do look like that, and not have lost any weight. What I mean is some people have what is called pockets of roll fat on their body IRL. So Yes, and no!
