Thank you for holding a vote! It makes me feel like I contribute a little to decision making.

I ranked them in this order; Starter Home stuff - Arcade Stuff - Eco Living Stuff - Danger - Wedding
I am really really hoping that these following items will be included in each of the first three stuff packs I ranked.

    1. Starter Home stuff (space-saving and yard sale items)
    - Spiral staircases
    - Lounge chairs
    - Hammocks
    - Bunk beds
    - Laptops
    - Bathroom stalls
    - Wall shower heads
    - Urinals
    - Rocking chairs
    - (for interior design) Decks that can be used INSIDE the house, not only for outside of the house (like the one in the sims 2)

    2. Arcade Stuff (Arcade activities)
    - a pool table
    - a 'pump-it-up' arcade machine
    - smaller-sized(like the ones that take up only two squares) arcade game machines for two sims or one sim
    - an air hockey table
    - a slot machine (like the one in casino? xD)
    - an arcade racing machine
    - a photo booth (like the one in the sims 2) ; different from the photo studio thing in ts4
    - Vending machines
    - Tattoo booths
    - (For gameplay) Why don't townies use an arcade game machine in a venue autonomously??? I am hoping for a change of that; for any sims to voluntarily go and play with things like an arcade game machine and a foosball table and dart boards.

    3. Eco living stuff (Laundry, home technology, solar energy)
    - a trempolin (It seems irrelevant to the theme 'eco living' at first glance, but if you think about it deeply, you will get it....maybe... but I personally really really wish for a trempolin lol)
    - laptops
    - a washing machine, a dryer and its related clutters
    - transparent screen desktop and laptop computers
    - laundry racks
    - Home Business (Why can't sims start business at their own place? )

As far as I'm concerned, I hope that there will be 'Sports stuff pack'(for sports) and 'Music stuff pack'(for concert and band jamming sessions) instead of 'Dangerous stuff' and 'Wedding stuff'.

I've got a fair idea but it may not be a stuff pack it may be a game pack instead, so I'm thinking a ''Hobbies and Past Time SP or GP,:

    Hobbies:

    model building
    Sewing
    Candle Making
    Flower Arranging
    Jewelry making
    Glass Blowing
    Home Brewery
    Knitting
    Leather Craft
    Juggling
    Macrame
    Magic
    Pottery
    Sculpting
    and many more

    Outdoor Hobbies include:
    Table Tennis
    Archery
    Bee keeping
    Bird watching
    Inline skating
    Kite flying
    Rock Climbing
    Roller Skating
    Ice Skating indoor and outdoor
    Skate boarding
    Sand Art
    Soccer
    Stone Skipping
    Taekwondo
    Taichi
    and many more

Or we can have a Toddler SP with loads of hairs, clothes and interesting educational toys to learn like:
    A xylophone for musical genius's
A lego block set-to build more than just a stack
    Giant jigsaw floor puzzles

But anything is possible with EA! I hope we all get what we want for a SP! I'm happy either way! more stuff packs-yay!

I love your list!! :) Fantastic!

For the Eco living stuff, will it be possible to add eco friendly trash compactor, since we have so many delicious fruits and vegetables a juicer machine in a compact size would be great also. Maybe an eco hot chocolate maker too! ;)

What? No punk-rock band pack as an option to vote on?
    I am Jack's utter disapointment.

    In that case.
Death orientated? Like death rock! Risk your life with a stage dive! Set yourself (or fellow band members) alight with onstage pyrotechnics!
    What's a starter home without a band practice set-up in the garage/basement?
What's a wedding without a live band, featuring drums?
How is an eco hippy save the trees and puppies band supposed to happen without drums?
A drum machine is an arcade game, isn't it? It is now.

    Do ya catch my beat?

    Edit:
Also, Failing make my band dreams happen, why not combine the wedding/romance pack with the death one.
Death at a wedding. It's such an awesome, slightly vampy idea.

    @SimGuruGraham

I still want to see a Pool Stuffpack. I really hope that is on the agenda soon. We need more items for the pools like floaties, pool waterfalls we had in Island Paradise,Pool bars and Pool Games. I'd also love to see snorkeling added. The Pool is one of my favorite objects in the game. If yall could I'd really love to see the floaties have the read option like they did in TS3 were sims could read on them. I'd love to see the hold breath contest return as well.

Another thing I'd like to see is a bathroom stuffpack and with new showers. I'd love to see some waterfall type showers with clear glass and a waterfall sink.

Such great ideas. I'm 100% with you on all of that.

Since this is a community driven project, and also a learning experience, will we be given more updates/blog posts pertaining to this particular pack?

We see developer blogs about certain content (hot tub, toddlers, etc), but they usually come out after the pack/content has been released; will we be seeing blog posts for every step in the process? I would actually enjoy that, in a way to see how it shapes from the very beginning to the very end.

Also if this project is favorable with the higher ups does this give way to potential GP/EP community projects in the future?

@SimGuruGraham I appreciate that you have made the forum a much more positive place now!

Some of my suggestions - do-able as Stuff or not!

For the Eco pack I would like to see the outside shower and an outside toilet, useable well or ground tap for water and caravan wheels (maybe as building decoration on base) for a really back to nature start for my sims, with small tile base furniture and fold up beds. A tarpaulin wall surround toilet or shower would help the effect without getting the "get out" actions. You've already got a tarpaulin rug in. An after Holocaust scenario which could combine with Dangerous stuff.

I see Dangerous stuff more as a full expansion and would like a "safe mode" for people like me who don't like (much) killing off their Sims without our express permission! Getting rid of a house by meteor, earthquake or tornado with or without family inside would be quite spectacular though. I've sometimes wanted to get rid of the Pancakes this way! Being older I don't treat death with the lightheartedness of some other Simmers and would probably give that one a miss.

You could provide climbable ladders for getting out pits or scaling rock walls to get out of desperate situations!

Laundry in a pack would give everybody a use for their basements as a utility room and Dangerous would give an opportunity for a good dungeon in them!

Eco, Starter, Wedding, Arcade and Danger. What I really want is Pets :p

Danger, Starter, Arcade, Eco and Wedding.
Tough, something new would be even better. I'd like to have something like Trollhunter, though maybe not the hunting part, but trolls and changeling would be very nice. Those changelings could pretty well do the same formula as aliens and vampires. And I would love cave houses and chrystal palaces or huge chrystals as decoration.

And if I wrote something wrong it's because english is not my homelanguage. Sorry.

@SimGuruGraham They all sound so exciting and I appreciate that the team is involving the community so I like to Thank all of you.
    My choices were

    1. Wedding because in my opinion yes we have wedding stuff but we don't have the main stuff like no veils (different colors please especially black and traditional white.) basically the "bride" looks like a woman just wearing formal wear I want her to look like a bride and I know all about CC and mods but I know they can ruin games and no I don't want my game ruin, next is an wedding dress/gowns like ballgowns, mermaid gowns, or a short beach wear (different colors please.) Different rings, different two layer wedding cake and bring back the old like dancing with father, ask parents before proposing, slow dance and I love the other cultures wedding theme I would look forward to that.
    2. Eco-Living Yes Laundry is back but I hope the greenhouse for gardening makes a return from the Sims 2 I had so much fun, Solar panel is new I would love to see what it would do to a house, Everyime I think of Solar it makes me think of Plantsims as well if I'm not mistaken didn't they need solar? Since Sims are Eco-Living can we have a hobby where they can recycle but make/ craft it into something different.
    3. Dangerous I'm not going to lie I'm kind of nervous about more death being in game especially accidental can we have an option on accidental I make up stories and I dont want to be in a scene and bam a Sim die it will funny for awhile but annoying after awhile. Funerals I would like to have because that's something the game never have before and the family gathers around and mourn and cemeteries would that be a new job at the mortuary?
    4. Arcade I love Arcades especially Chuckie E Cheese as a kid and DnB as an adult and I think it would be a nice family outing.
    5. Starter Home, I don't know about this one I think I'll use it more with City Living than any neighborhood.

I'm so glad you guys are showing us how you put these together!
My only request is no matter what comes my toddlers would like more CAS. Especially the family that have 2 sets of twins that are all girls!

I would love a stuff pack that has more hobby stuff in it. Like sewing, sculpting, making your own car, toy making, ballet and things like that. One of my favorite things from the sims 2 was the one that brought in all those hobbies. I do realize this idea might be more of a game pack than a stuff pack.

One thing I would love in a stuff pack would be hair styles that are long and curly like how some black women have. I love that hair style and really wish it would be put in a stuff pack.

ALL I'M ASKING IS FOR MORE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE GAME. I WANT THEM TO QUESTION IF THE BABY THEIRS, I WANT TO UPDATE THE EMOTIONAL RESPONSES, AMD WHY IT'S ALWAYS A POSITIVE RESPONSE TO ASKING TO BE JUST FRIENDS.... THE SIMS IN SIMS 3 SEEMED MORE INTELLIGENT EMOTIONALLY.

Some of us like to play the sims the hard way, no cheats/rags to riches style, but some others like to live the fabulous life "hail motherlode". But what if we can have a fabulous life like in real life... with credits and debts :D

I present to you the... Guilty Lust SP
    So talking about credits...

-New Aspiration: Credit Master, knowing all about getting out of debts and get money easily.
    -Types of credit cards:
Plumbob Credit: Small loans and chance to earn products for free or with plumbob miles.
Freezer Bunny Debit: You can put your extra simoleons on "freeze" in a separated account, great discounts in food and household services.
Llama VIP: Motherlode is in the past, credits starting in 1,000,000 simoleons, get a VIP pass to get into the more exclusive areas everywhere
(this is possible with a new system that lets you select a room and make it VIP, with guards and everything)
    - Embargos and jail for those who don't paid and get tense when they don't paid in time, also text and calls from the bank.
-The return of cars... okay I know we don't need cars since we don't have an open world, but thing about this what if cars are playable in
    different ways:
"Show off your car" interaction: that let you impress friends and your significant others.
Car with moods: cheap cars makes you feel embarrassed, vintage cars: give you some edge, and luxury cars gives you a confident or playful
    mood.
Woohoo in cars: cause why not.
Limousines: you can have a private party inside, spectacular woohooing and amazing rides to the city.

-Cars that come in a free update: cheap cars, cheap eco car, vans, black sedan, a some cute sport cars.
Also vehicles such as bicycles, skateboards, etc.
-Cars that come in the SP: luxury sport cars, 4x4 cars, eco cars, vintage cars and limousines.
Also cars that work with batteries for kids and toddlers.

The fashion choice for this SP will be inspired by those young wealthy kids like Kylie Jenner, designers clothes that look urban and chic, like leather jackets with cool patterns, knee high boots, high heels and cool trench coats.

Thought I would hop in on this particular comment.

    1. We are very much looking into having developer blogs down the line, including spotlights on different disciplines that we normally don't highlight.
    2. Unfortunately this is only pertaining to this one particular piece of content. There are way too many moving parts with a GP/EP that involvement with the community on those wouldn't be possible. It is much easier to do so with a Stuff Pack due to its focus on a particular theme of stuff.

We would absolutely still love for people to provide ideas for GPs / EPs that they would like to potentially see come to The Sims 4 by posting in the Ideas Corner.

I've had Sims respond very poorly to being asked to be just friends. He cried and was sad, then immediately got mad and started yelling at her. But yeah, I've never had anyone question paternity.

My number 1 vote is Danger. Funerals sound pretty interesting to me ( like crashing one ) as well as more ways to die. I was also intrigued when they said this pack would also be about the Grim Reaper. Maybe becoming one yourself or gaining the ability to summon him without having to kill a sim or on the lines like that?

About the Wedding Stuff, I'm not sure what they mean by that. If it's just more Wedding objects, then my vote is 4. If they mean more romantic interactions, then my vote is 2. We need a proper cuddle animation, not the uncomfortable-looking and short lived Snuggle. And as far as I can tell, there's no bed cuddle. Even when your sim gets engaged and one jumps into the arms of another, you can't seem to do that without getting engaged.

Thanks for the reminder, @SimGuruDrake. I think everyone's so excited at this that we tend to go overboard.
So, what's next? Wait till the votes are tallied? We'll probably have to make a new "Get to work" thread after that.
