Klepto Hidden Treasure (Tiny)(WIP)

This Tiny Home is a WIP. It Looks Unassuming now. Just a simple tiny lot, but the owner plans on, for now, building a basement to sleep downstairs and to build a room for her stolen treasures (except dirty dishes, stop stealing those <.<) As I am not using money cheats for this build, I have to rely on the Klepto to earn the cash, or steal it lol.

The Obsidian night club looks very nice! Very nice exterior design of the venue! The large glass windows look very nice how they are used in the build. The front entrance area looks great! The ropes lining the edges of the front footpath looks great, and the bonsai llamas look nice either sides of the front entrance. The water fountain features are pretty! Very nice outdoors dining back patio and upper balconies ! They look great! Sims will enjoy sitting sitting at the umbrella covered tables having a drink in the outdoors air. They will enjky listening to the piano music or dj booth music whilst on the upper balconies ,enjoy sittimg relaxing on the sofas there, or have fun dancing! It is great that there is a pool at the venue. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the venue! The layout looks great! Very nice U shaped bar counter. Sims will enjoy having drinks from the bar. It looks very nice how the tables and chairs have been set up along the windows, for sims to look out through the windows at the views whilst having a drink.
The Klepto Hidden Treasures WIP is looking very nice! The exterior design of the home looks very nice. Very nice roofing! Nice outdoors sitting nook on the front porch.

Hi, a new showcase how fun!

I love the Obsidian. So modern and fresh. I especially love those outdoor areas! They remind me of countless bars I've been in, you know, in my young days before I got into gaming and my life got meaning. haha! I love the large bar area, and how open the whole room feels with those large glass windows. Well done, it's a great nightclub venue!

As for the WIP, I admire that you are not using money cheats. I have wanted to do that countless times, but I always get impatient since it's building I have mostly cared about the last few years I might get there one day! It's a lovely little home though, with lots of potential. Good luck with the build going forward

Thank you so much! If I ever own a bar, I want it to be like this lol. I'm a huge fan of modern/contemporary/minimalist designs but I also love some rustic elements too, although I try and add those into some of homes I build, depending on the family I think should live there.

I am really enjoying playing the game and I'm not in a huge rush to just have everything done. I do use money cheats if it fits with the story in my head, but otherwise I don't.

Yay, new showcase, good on you for starting one! Love your Obsidian nightclub, very striking architecture and the interiors look so cool, perfect for this club! And fantastic job already on the Klepto Hidden Treasure WIP! The house looks very cute, very smart to put the dining table outside to create a bit more space inside and I love that you're building-it-as-you-play, that will give the final build a great personal touch. Loving the idea to hide a treasure room in the basement!

Cleo's Pyramid

Cleo De Nile (from Monster's High) is all grown up and living on her own in her very own Pyramid. It may not be as large as her father's Pyramid, but it is very lavish compared to the rest of her friends homes in Newcrest. Her Pyramid is an overly lavish Bedroom and Bathroom on the upper floor, a spectacular view at the very top of the Pyramid and the entire downstairs is set up for entertaining. The outside doesn't have much in the way of landscaping, but it has a pool, several tables and chairs and a small sitting area for two, not to mention the two huge fountains.

The exterior design of Cleo's Pyramid looks so very great! The pyramid shape looks so very nice! It looks great how the stairs are used in the build! The arched open windows look very nice. Very nice entertaining outdoors patio! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered dining table in the outdoors air. ! They will have fun swimming in the pool! The water fountains features look very pretty! The patio flooring texture is nice. The scenic views pictures that you posted look very nice! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The layout of the bedroom and bathroom looks very nice! The yellow colour of the walls looks sunny! The study desk nook looks very nice! The bookshelves look great placed on the corner walls. Sims will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or reading a book, and enjoying looking out at the views through the bedroom windows. Nice corner gym nooks for sims to enjoy training with sunshine coming in onto them. The sofa seats sitting alcove is very nice! The type of sofas used looks nice, and nice placement of them for sims to enjoy sitting and chatting. They will listen to music whilst sitting there The triangular bath tub nook is very nice! Sims will enjoy restfully bathing in the sunlight! The clothing basket, hamper and towels are nice home touches there. The bathroom wall pattern adds a nice look to the room. Very nice furnishing of the downstairs areas! The various areas look so very great! It is nice that there is a large dining table with many dining seats so as many sims can enjoy dining together. It looks very nice how the stools have been placed in the sitting room area! Very nice bar stool counter area! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. The design of the kitchen looks very nice. Very nice floor tiling patterning! The living area tv nook looks great! Sims will enjoy siiting resting on the yellow sofa or armchairs watching tv. The Egyptian style statues suit well the home,
The home is very nice!

Strawberry Shortcake is very nice! Her green hair and eyebrows look great! The exterior of her house looks very nice! The red colour of the exterior gives a great look to the home.

Wow, Cleo's Pyramid looks stunning! I love that you created the pyramid shape using staircases, very creative! And fantastic interior design! Love all the warm, soft colours and the open doorways, gives it a very southern/tropical feel, perfect for this build.

Thank you. I wasn't sure how the pyramid would turn out. I will have to make another one some time. Maybe more family friendly. It would look great having a bunch of pyramids in the desert world.

Been awhile, Still haven't finished Strawberry's house. Got to get some PlantSims lol.

For now here is two rooms I did that belong to the same apartment. Chic Bedroom and Chic Open Concept.

My sim ended up having twins, so they will have to move some place bigger. As soon as they can afford to lol.

Chic Bedroom and Chic Concept are very nice rooms! Congratulations to your sims on the birth of their twins! The two bassinets are a mice touch at the foot of the master bedroom bed. The Plumbob lamps and the tissues and butterflies picture are a nice touch on the bedside tables. Very pretty pink colour of the bedroom walls.
Very nice design and furnishing of the room areas in Chic Open Concept! The layiout of the room looks very room. Very nice kitchen nook. The bar stool counter is great for sims to sit on the stools and enjoy eating their meals, or use the computer. The fruit bow, hanging pots and utensils are nine home touches there. Very nice sofa seat sitting nook. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv or reading a book, in front of the fire. The floor patterning there looks great! Sims will enjoy playing the guitar. Nice windows chess nook for sims to have fun playing chess with sunlight coming in through the windows. The brick wall texture gives a great look and feel to the room.
The rooms are very nice!

Strawberry Shortcake's home is nearly complete. She earned all the money herself and it is shaping into a lovely home. I'll post that one soon. In the mean time, I have a new home for you. It'll be the first in the Series:

Oasis Pyramid

Oasis Pyramid could be a family home, or throw out the kids beds and have your roommates move in to what could be an awesome party house.
The stairs outside are purely decorative and the backyard is fenced in for a good sized entertaining outdoor space, complete with pool, BBQ and stone ottomans. The first floor has a large bar, a large professional kitchen (perfect for those gourmet cooks, or hire a caterer to cook for you), as well as a few must haves: Popcorn maker, ice cream maker, espresso and microwave with a stand alone dishwasher. A large dining room seats 8, a grand piano and a small half bath for guests.

On the second floor, enjoy a private aquarium, meditate or yoga to your hearts content, play a little foosball or watch a movie with friends/family.

The 3rd floor has three small bedrooms and a bathroom.

The fourth floor is the Master Suite, complete with its own private bathroom and rooftop access to meditate or to practice yoga with an awesome view of Oasis Springs.

The exterior design of Oasis Pyramid looks very creatively great! The pyramid shape and the way the stairs are used looks so creative! The wall texture suits well the build type. Very nice layout of the build! The rooftop level is a very nice place for sims to restfully do yoga or quietly meditate on the stool. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan layout looks nice.Sims will enjoy listening to the piano music being played whilst dining at the table. The fruit bowl is a nice touch on the top of the table . The cherry blossoms picture is a pretty touch on the wall. Very nice sofa seats sitting area for sims to enjoy resting there, facing each other and chatting. The design of the kitchen looks very nice. The L shaped island workbench is great! Sims will have fun playjng foosball in their home and enjoy keeping fit using the weights machine. The aquarium is calming for sims to enjoy looking at the fish. Very nice movie watching nook! It looks very nice how the armchairs and sofa are place in a semicircle.Sims will enjoy watching movies or playing console games together. The lights effects items are great ! Very nice pool and outdoors dining patio! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool or sitting poolside on the rock stools in the sunshine. They will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered table in the oudoors air.
The home is very nice!

The Strawberry Shortcake home is very nice! Very nice exterior of the home! The red colour of the exterior walls and the red windows through the build looks very nice! The glass tilled roofing over the indoors gardening area is very nice! Very nice pool and gardening patio. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, and enjoy growing plants in the planters there, as well as enjoying resting on the seat bench in the outdoors air. The planter box windows are a nice touch in the build. Very nice indoors gardening area! The furnishing of the interior of the home is very nice! Very nice pink and blue colours of the bedroom walls. The open plan layout of thr kitchen and dining areas looks very nice. The red colour of the dining chairs and the green colour of the walls looks very nice together. The menu board is a nice touch on the wall. Nice red bar counter area. Sims will enjoy having a drink from the bar after their meals. Very nice windows study desk nook corner! Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in onto them whilst using the computer at the table. Very nice sofa seat sitting area in the living room ! Sims will enjoy relaxing there watching tv, and enjoy looking out through the windows at the outdoors views. The green colour of the walls and sofa looks nice. The pictures on the walls in the living areas add a very nice look to the room areas .
Strawberry Shortcake would enjoy living there! Mulberry is very cute!
