Where can i find the fishing overalls?

I finally finished this aspiration. Not only did not i receive my plaque but i can't seem to find the overalls in CAS. Anyone know if this isn't working? Ultimately i went into debug menu to get the plaque

You get the plaque from completing the fishing collection, not the aspiration. It comes in the mail after a few days.
As for the overalls, I don't know. Do you mean the ones "fisherman" townies sometimes wear when they fish? I wasn't aware those were unlockable.

You may neec to use a mod to get the fisherman outfit. I am not sure if it had now been unlocked in the game.

The hermit outfit became unlocked with the August 2016 patch, but I am unsure if the fisherman outfit was unlocked or not.

There are 10 colours for each outfit, and 5 colours for the hat, so that is the download file size is 6.74 mb

ok so @rosemow if i'm understanding you correctly, the fisherman overalls aren't unlockable at all?!! wow ok. I haven't used mods in TS4 so i'll have to look into how to add content and if it's worth figuring out.
