Let's say, just theoretically, that there is someone on this forum who knows every possible thing there is to know about TS3. That wouldn't be me, but let's just say. Even such a gifted person would not not be able to help at all without providing any information whatsoever about your computer (processor, RAM, hard drive space, graphics card), the saved game you are playing, whether it crashes on loadup or in-game, under what circumstances, is there a warning or error message displayed and what it says, whether it's always a particular ongoing game or newly created test games do the same, which EPs you have in play, which worlds you are playing when this happens, whether you have mods or CC, from where, and if any were just recently added.
If you would like an analysis of how far you should be able to take TS3 on your existing computer, you might provide us with a full dxdiag report either pasted into multiple responses here (it will be far too long to fit into one) or use pastebin.com. https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information
If you are on a Mac rather than Windows, please say so as that would require a different conversation.

For now though, I'll just leave this here.
