Rule of Rose - A Big Orphanage

Hello Simmers!
I'm well on my way to build the orphanage from the ps2 game "Rule of Rose".
It's gonna have a basement, 1st+2nd floor and an attic. I have some maps from the game that I'm looking at.

So if you ever played the game - or if you have ideas to a creepy old orphanage - please share your ideas and I'll share the finished project, when I'm done.
The ideas I'm looking for would be some decorating tips - to make it look more... decorated.

UPDATE

This is not at all finished - I'm just showing the outside of the building as it is now.
A lot may be changed still. The picture is very dark, because it didn't look creepy at all during daytime.

The exterior of the orphanage build looks very great! Very nice roofing! The dormers look very nice! The type of and placement of the windows in the build look very nice!
The build is looking great!

And it's pretty much done. I will probably keep editing it, since I really fell in love with it.
The outside might not be that cool, but it's what's inside that matters.

It is great that you have finished and uploaded the orphanage to the Gallery Simmers will like downloading it and having it in their games. The exterior looks great! The dormers are a nice touch . Very nice layout of the interior of the orphanage! The atrium in the middle section of the building looks great. ! It looks nice how the beds have been set up in the bedroom.
It is a great orphange build!
