I don't know what is problem here. I filmed some videos in The Sims 4 using in-game video recorder. Next time when I opened File Explorer in Windows 10, it made my screen green (because it's my desktop color) and closed. In Documents I was fine.
This problem went away when I deleted these video files. This time opening recycle bin had the same effect. While these video files are permanently gone, I'm still wondering how did these video files caused crashes to my File Explorer and Windows Media Player. It wasn't happening before.

Make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date.
Try lowering the screen resolution .
It may have been a glitch that won't occur again. Try doijng some more video work and see if the same thing occurs again.
