I don't know if this is in the right area. My friend bought me one of the expansion packs from Amazon, but I can't get the code! I need help! Please?

The code is stored in your frien'ds 'Your Games and Software Library'. From there they can view or print the code, send the code to your e-mail address, or e-mail it as a gift.

When your friend sends you or gives you the expansion pack code, you can redeem it buy logging into Origin, clicking the origin label at the top of the screen, then clicking the "redeem product code" option from the drop down menu. The Ep will then be in your games library, ready to download.
To install packs, go to games library. Click on the Sims 4 picture. Another screen will appear. Half way down the screen there is a tab called " extra content ". Click that tab and it will show what packs you own or don't own. Then, you can download /install your packs there.

Thank you guys! All I really needed was the code. She texted me the code 5 times this morning. And nothing! I now have the code and it's now downloaded into my laptop
