Strange shining shop dolls

Hi everyone,
I hope soneone of you can help me out. I don't know with which update this problem came with cause I am not using the shop puppets a lot but I think with the toddler patch. The shop puppets are shining strange as soon as they are placed in buy mode. But just them. They don't even have to wear something to have this bug.
I have already removed all my mods and cc and repaired the game but the problem is still there. I thought that maybe my mac with an older system was the problem and so I updated to Sierra. Still, the problem didn't go away. I hope that someone knows what I can do. Thanks to everyone who wants to help me out

Marialein, it is your CC I have had the problem in the past you will have to get rid of those outfits apparently they are conflicting with your EA game. IT is called bad CC.

these are normal ea cloths and no cc. I have removed them already.

It looks like the light shining through the window on the Sim mannequins. Try changing the window placement.

it is in a basement with no windows but thanks for trying to help

The clothes they have are not original clothes though, i got pretty much all the packs and i havent seen those dresses nor those colors on them=/

@WiggleyTuff I have all packs and when I took the photo I had removed the whole mod files.

What about if you remove the whole Sims 4 folder and launch the game like new again, does it still happen?

I had this problem with a retail lot I downloaded. All of the clothes the mannequins wore are Maxis outfits. They came with four different outfits to be dressed in, and all of the outfits shine like that. What's funny is not all of them were shiny at first, but after hanging out on that lot for a while, all the mannequins were shiny.
