Sims Still Pregnant After Birth

Hello, my sim had her baby last night. I aged the baby up, then went into CAS (with full edit cheat), and when I went there it displayed that the toddler was still a baby so I went back into play mode. I re-aged up the baby and it worked fine. I went into CAS again and it was also fine. I even created an additional toddler. Well, when I went back into playing the game I noticed my sim was still pregnant. I was wondering if this was a game glitch or if others were having this issue. I also don't have any mods installed or anything.

It sounds like there was a glitch in the game.
Try having your sim travel to another lot and then back home again and see if the issue remains.
Try evicting the sims household, then place them back into the world and see if that may help.

It was all fixed when I went into the game. She had the baby so now I have 3 toddlers lol Thanks for your help.
