      The print screen on your keyboard, then paste the image in paint. Crop as necessary. Works everywhere.

      Hmm. Why can't you take photos of toddlers? I mean I don't know anything about this. Is it a glitch?
      PLEASE FIX TEENS IN TS4! I NEED YOUNGER TEENS NOT YA TEENS! (^_^)Please add Music Bands with lead singers! Please add vehicles and garages! Vehicles have always been part of The Sims.

      If you mean a sim taking a picture with the phone/camera, you need to accomodate the toddler within a visible range. This pic was taken by one of my sims (toddler's daddy):

      If you mean a screenshot, hit pause and play around with the Tab key to get the desired angle before taking the picture.

      But yes. We need a direct option to Take Picture of toddlers.
