Hi, I've been trying to sign into EA's Sims website for a few days now and can't. Originally, I wanted to sign into the Sims3 Store to add something to my wishlist, but was unable to sign in at all! I found out yesterday, that I can't even sign into Origin at all to start my Sims 4 game, not even to tell Origin to go offline. I cannot contact them through their website since that requires me to sign in which I can't so is there a way to contact EA outside of their website? I would like to play my sims 4 and also add an item to my Sims 3 wishlist. This is at least the 3rd time I've asked this in the forum. Help please! Thanks!

Shut down your computer completely. Start the computer again, then try logging into Origin and see if that helps.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling origin and see if that helps.
Also, clearing out your web browser cache may help.

I am sorry that you are having this issue Other simmers have also received that message, but when shutting down their computer again, and restarting the computer, the issue has been fixed. Perhaps try closing the computer completely again. Then start the computer again, and see if the message appears again.
If the issues remain, try manually uninstalling and reinstalling origin and see if that helps .

When talking to the EA Help employees on live chat, by you giving them details such as your name, email address, password, and answers to secret questions that you set up on your other account, they will be able to locate your other account and product code.
