Redeem Code Not Working

I bought Roaring Heights about a month ago. When I went to the store to redeem the code, the little "Wait" swirling icon just keeps swirling. I can't redeem the code. I tried again tonight, and I'm getting the same thing. I've tried on two different browsers, but neither are working. Any ideas?

I found an answer on the EA Help Desk. It seems it's broken. If anyone has the same issue, this is the workaround:

1. go to http://igs.thesims3.com/myAccount.html
2. log in using your thesims3.com account
3. redeem the code
