Unable to customize alien sim

Firstly, I wrote all explanations with screenshot in EA HQ page but never can submit it. I didn't use any bad words there but I don't know why it keeps showing Editing page like this after clicking 'submit'.
Anyway, so I'd like to ask here about my issue.
Recently my vamp sim was abducted by alien, then he got an alien son. But when he aged up to teen, his needs bar turned into vampire. It was kind of half alien, half vamp. My issue is that there's no way to customize my son. Editing in CAS doesn't work, changing his hair and clothes using alter disguise doesn't work either. I tested with no Mod, no CC. Deleted all cache files and repaired game but still going on. I got some pictures.
This is his looks when he aged up.
I moved him to CAS using Alter Disguise
I changed his top wear and hair, and skintone. And then, back to life mode.
He is back to this look. Unable to customize.
He removed disguise.
He can use 'dark form' I let him show it
Looks like nothing has been changed but it's his dark form.
I let him disguise himself but disguised looks is exactly same now.
This time, I used,"testingcheats on' and 'cas.fulleditmode'
I edited his face a bit. changed his hair and eyebrows.
Then, clicked check button.
Then he is back to alien face.
What should I do? I searched up on internet a lot but haven't got any tip or solution yet. Please help.

There seems to be an issue with him , because he is a combination of both an alien and a vampire together.
It may be best to age him up to young adult and see what occurs at that age stage.

Thanks for the reply. Actually he has had the same issue since toddler. I haven't been able to customize him since toddler, that's why I aged him up to child, then had the same issue, then I aged up to teen, then same issue. I can try to age him up to YA next day.
It would be good to post feedback about your issue on this AHQ EA thread. There isn't meant to be alien/vampires in the game

This looks like CC side effect? I've seen many times this kind of deformed sims from bad cc in the sims 3.
It may be a result of mods /cc in the game.

Yes I agree, that's why I totally removed Mods folder and repaired the game before starting this test.
The mods/cc may have caused the issue of the alien and vampire hybrid to occur. The removal of them may not help with the issue of the hybrid now that it has occured. The sim may be glitched. It would be good to post about your issues on that AHQ EA thread.

It sounds like there's no answer to get him fixed now because he is already glitched. Not sure I understood your point as I'm not an English native, but if it is, then there's no point to post my issue on that thread. I better trash this game out, and start a new game without CCs, then I won't have this issue with half vamp, half alien. Thanks.
Usually cc /mods won't cause a sim to be half alien and half vampire, but it may have caused this issue in your game . It is uncertain how your sim has become one. It would still be good to post on that thread. There may be someone there that can help you.

Vampire Megan Killian (I created her) and her alien-abduction baby Starla (I usually have a girl alien named Starla... there'll probably be a Terra, too, at some point.
And here are the baby's stats from Show Sim Info. BTW, you can now (v 2.6.0) use SSI to check baby NEEDS!! It's choice. Works on butlers, too. Anybody. I have my MC setting for baby decay on 1, because 0 was boring. Seeing needs has been helpful for hungry, social, etc. (I can't imagine leaving it on 100, at 1 I have to check on the babies fairly frequently!!)

Little background, Vampires are not being really covered by MC 3.1.1 (which is NOW current, but, 3.2.0 is on the fast track for release. Keep an eye on my sig/page). He said "weekend," and Friday is almost weekend, so....
Vampires broke 3.1.1's new OCCULT Use Custom Pregnancy setting. Deaderpool had JUST put it in for ALIENS, when Vampires came along and promptly wrecked the setting again. Will be fixed in 3.2.0, also.
MY simself, human YF Athena, was already pregnant by her alien boyfriend, when Megan was abducted.
MC has a rule where if there's a pregnancy or a baby in the house already, no abduction-baby will happen. Well, it happened... BECAUSE vampire/not currently covered. (Meh. Life. We're rolling with it, I knew it was a possibility because of another similar thing I'd had happen with elders, in an older game.)
I had to go to bed, I quit playing a few minutes after the baby was born. Today I'll see about aging her up to toddler, and what changes that makes.

I installed the sim info mod, and found this hidden trait from my vamp alien teen sim. I put my cc back in, so his face is automatically covered in cc skin.
He had an alien plumbob ring since he was a toddler, and he still had the same ring when he aged up to teen, but I found,"strange thirsty' moodlet for 1 day under his portrait, his plumbob ring is changed into vampire ring after that without any specific animation. He is so nice, so I couldn't give him up. Even though he might be glitched, I'm going to take care of him in this game. I love him.
When you click on him does he still have the alien option to disguise himself or remove disguise ?

It's amazing. I love him but I'd love to disguise him on my customized way but the problem is it's not possible.
Because he has the combination of having both alien and vampire features, it would the cause of not being able to use the disguise.

I deleted a small black spot on his cheek on his real alien status in CAS, then he got even the black spot back on his face after CAS. Unable to change anything on both alien status and on disguised status. Thanks, anyway, the most important point is that I still love him.
