Vanilla game Zero Mods Zero Custom Content
All EP/GP/SP to date and current patches applied.
Game was checked for updates and Repaired just before opening this save.
In this case on the sidewalk by the Flea Market. This same van was also on the sidewalk in several (3?) different saves. This sighting is in a brand new save (started earlier today) and a fresh Sims folder.
My household lives in Newcrest and visited the Spice Festival for the first time.
