Here are some ideas for SimCity 6,
1. Taxes range from 0 to 100%
2. The wealthy get upset for a little if their taxes are higher then lower wealth classes, but they either oblige or move out.
3. Capitalism or a fair system
4. Ultimate control as mayor.
5. Land is 2x size of land is now.
6. Create your Character in create a Mayor, build yourself a house and even get a salary, which you can make go up or down.
7. Advisors can advise
8. Not all things are public, things can be privatised.
