hi I'm hoping someone can help me, my game is in the process of repair does anyone know if I will loose my saves??? and how long it can take??? and if I was to stop the repair what would happen??

When you repair the game, you shouldn't lose your save games. The repair process affects/fixes game file issues and not save game files. The time that it takes to do,the repair depends on how many packs that you have installed and your type of computer.
It would be best to just let the repair process finish.
If you are concerned about repairing in the future , you can make a back up copy of your documents -electronic arts -sims 4 folder beforehand and place it on an external drive. If issues arise, you have the sims 4 folder back up then to use.
I always repair my game especially right after adding cc or mods I feel it helps the game run smoother. You dont need to do anything special with your game or worry about saves just right click and press repair.
Help i cannot buy or try on clothes at the retail locations. and yes i tried the game without cc or mods. and i did reset my game.

Try going into build mode on the store lot,and make sure that there is a cash register in the store. If there isn't, place one there, them test to see if the issues remain. If there is a cash register there, delete the mannequin and get a new one. Design the outfits and then see if the issues remain.

Try logging out of Origin. Shut down your computer completely. Restart the computer, then log into Origin and see if that helps.

You don't need to remove your mods when repairing the game, but you can do that as a safe guard if you would like to.
