CAS Images

Hi Everyone!!! I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing CAS images not show up? I hate when that happens. Maybe there is something I can do to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I did uninstall and reinstall The Sims 4? Thanks, Melissa

Hi! What do you mean by CAS images not showing up? Do you only have a sim but no customise options in CAS or the images of the sims not loading? because if it's the first one then it's possible that you have a mod that's not updated (for example more rows in CAS, CAS lighting mod)?

Is cc missing, or are you missing options in cas?

If you have cc/mods in your game, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the issues are still there. If it has helped with the issues, put your mods/ CC back into the newly generated mods folder that is in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing after each one to see which is the causes of the problem.

Some mods/cc were broken by the recent patch.

If you have those mods, remove the old version and install the new updated version.
