Do you like brussels sprouts?

Raw Brussels sprouts aren't actually that bad, or when they're cut up into small pieces then roasted. But traditional Brussels sprouts are wet trash.

Uncooked Brussels sprouts actually do taste like cabbage.

I don't like cabbage, I don't like cauliflower and I really, really don't like sprouts.
They all taste rubbery and bland to me. x

I used to like them until I found out I'm allergic to them and get a rash or an upset stomach if I eat them.

I've never had eggplants. What do they taste like?

I don't like normal cabbage when it's cooked. And turnip is gross to when cooked. But I hate cooked carrots the most. They're so cloying and just gross.

I've tried them and nope nope nope.

Now I will say that I haven't tried them roasted or in other ways aside from some steamed baked thing, but I'd rather have steamed to death cabbage. XP Which I also don't like.

I am trying to force myself to find ways to enjoy veggies though because of my dietary needs so hey, if I can find some way to tolerate cauliflower, maybe I can with brussell sprouts.

Moussaka is a terrific way to enjoy eggplant, which is really delicious.
If it is served too raw or undercooked, it can taste really bitter, which I suppose could be why some people may not like it.

I love them. I usually sauté brussel sprouts with a bit of bacon or prosciutto and onions. I could eat them all the time.

That does look okay but it's cuz it's served with meat. Eggplant on its own (like grilled) is just ew.

It's an acquired taste I suppose

People's palette's are all different. I don't care much for Fennel, yet many chefs and people rave about it. I don't see its appeal really.

Love brussel sprouts. I've even tried to grow them in the veg. garden I plant every year. Sadly, the weather that year didn't go well for them. But I did get to see what the plant looks like and how the sprouts grow on the plant.
