Hi guys! Here I will post links to all of my Youtube videos. I'm currently only doing Sims 4 videos until I get a new computer, then I'll go back to doing Sims 3 as well [I have a few Sims 3 speed builds]. The types of videos on my channel are speed builds, CAS, playhouse builds, room builds, Let's Plays, and an occasional challenge video or LP.
I upload new videos daily at 3 PM EST.
I'm also open to do collaborations, so feel free to message me here or another platform [all links are below].

A three bedroom, two and half bathroom family home with a playhouse in the backyard for the kids. Fully furnished. No custom content was used in this build. Some store content was used along with the following EPs/Sps: Base Game, Superatural, Seasons, University Life, Pets, Generations, Ambitions, and Master Suite.
The cost of this home is $68,639 [furnished] or $34,431 [unfurnished]. It was built on a 20 x 15 size lot.

There are four houses with a playground. Two of the houses have pools. One has a garden.

The first is a new Let's Play. There will be new episodes every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I may do 40 min episodes on Saturdays. It is the Thirteen Ghosts challenge.
The second video I uploaded is a House Tour and Current Household update. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom Townhouse/Duplex with a shared kitchen and dining room.
The sims and the house are available for download in my gallery.
And my final video this week is another Townie Makeover. Since it was posted the first day of October, I decided to makeover the Goth family.
