Conception Clinic Challenge

I accidentally came up with this challenge when playing with an Elder Sim who was initially in an Elder's Swingers club, who then decided to become a donor for women who wanted to conceive, and I made this Sim in a save file that had ageing off as I was also playing another family in that particular save file. So I decided to also do a version with ageing off as well. This is just a fun way to play with genetics!
In this challenge, a male Sim of your choice decides that he wants to become a donor to help women who would love to have a child. Whether it's that she is at the point of her life that she wants to have a child but she has no partner, or maybe their partner themselves are infertile and the couple want the help of a donor to bring their very own bundle of joy into the world.
I have come up with three different versions of this challenge. As this challenge accidentally came about from playing with the club system from Get Together, this challenge does require the Get Together expansion pack.
The goal of this challenge is to have 100 children. This challenge will still be easier than the 100 Baby Challenge as your donor can get multiple women pregnant at once.
The Elder [with Ageing Off] Version
In this version you will start off with an elder male Sim with age settings turned off. This version comes with its own risks as elders can over exert themselves and this can lead to death. So be careful not to over exert your elder Sim!
If you are playing with ageing off, you may only play this version with an elder Sim, as this allows there to be some kind of challenge to this mode!
If you are playing this version, you will have to manually age up the children. You can estimate how many days it has been and age them up. Rules still apply.
Young Adult Version [1]
In this version you will start off with a young adult male Sim and you will play on the normal lifespan setting with ageing turned on. Your Sim will have to bear 100 children before he dies. Rules still apply.
Young Adult Version [2]
In this version you will start off with a young adult male Sim and you will play on the shortest life span setting with ageing turned on. As this life span is the shortest, you will have to use either the Potion of Youth or Essence of Life from the Cowplant to complete it, which requires killing Sims, to stay younger. Rules still apply.
Rules
• Create your Donor. They must be a male Sim. If you are playing with ageing off you must make your Donor an elder! You can give them any traits you like and any aspiration you like.
• Depending on how difficult you want to make it for yourself you may either:
a. Start the challenge with the starting amount of §20,000, but then you must cheat your money down to §1000. To do this turn on the cheat testingcheats on and then enter the following cheat: 'money 1000'.
b. Start of the challenge with §0. To do this turn on the cheat testingcheats on and then enter the following cheat: 'money 0'.
c. Or you may start off the challenge by moving your Sim into any lot you like no matter the cost, but beware of the bills! After this you are not allowed to use anymore money cheats whatsoever, and you must cheat your money down to §500. To do this turn on the cheat testingcheats on and then enter the following cheat: 'money 500'.
• Create a club for your conception clinic. This is how you will make donations to your clients. You may name the club anything you desire.
• Set one of the club activities as woohoo.
• Set the club as Invite Only, as this allows for Sims to phone your Sim up and ask if they can join your club. If this happens you must allow them into the club, so always leave at least one extra space free! Your Sim may donate more than once to a client if she appears within the selection list again or phones up your Sim.
• If you are having problems with your Sim not seeing new clients within the selection list, you may introduce yourself to them and ask them to join the club but only when they reach friendship status (or good friends for more difficultly).
• You may add townies, Sims that you have downloaded from the Gallery or Sims you have created yourself to the town as potential clients.
• The donation process cannot take place within a bed as the conception has to take place as "clinically" as possible. This means you will have to conceive the child within a closet, a bush, a rocket ship or an observatory. This also means no kissing between your donor and his client or anything else that may be considered as intimate.
• If you have woohoo outside of a club gathering any child conceived will not count towards your goal of 100 children.
• Your Sim is not allowed to have a job. This is their only means of making money.
• For each child conceived you must pay your Sim §1000. This means if there are twins or triplets born, you may pay your Sim another §1000 per twin or another §1000 per triplet. To do this you will have to turn on the cheat testingcheats on, then enter the following cheat: 'sims.modify_funds +1000' (or however much the amount is if you get twins or triplets).
• If you would like to make this slightly harder for yourself, you may pay your Sim §500 per child born.
• You may only kick your client out of the club when you are certain she is pregnant and only then can you pay your Sim their money. You can only pay your Sim the money for twins or triplets after you find out that they have given birth to twins or triplets.
• You can have more than one Sim pregnant at a time.
• Your Sim may have a relationship outside of his job at the clinic, but any children conceived within the relationship will not count towards the goal of 100 children.
• Depending on how easy you want to make it for yourself, you can either:
a. Wait until you see your client has got a baby bump without having her take the pregnancy test.
b. You can enter the client's household (this method requires you to move the client into a lot if they aren't already, but not your Sim's lot) and have her take a pregnancy test.
c. Or if you are open to having mods in your game, you can use the MC Command Center Mod (you will also have to download the Pregnancy Module for this mod) and click on your client, then go to the 'Pregnancy' tab and if you see the tab 'Offspring' then this means your client is pregnant. But if you use this method you are not allowed to click on the tab 'Offspring' to look at how many babies your client is pregnant with and you cannot change how many babies your client will have!
• Your Sim may get the Fertility Reward trait but you have to work to earn the points, you cannot cheat!
• You cannot buy the Potion of Youth or drink Essence of Life from a Cowplant if you are playing Young Adult Version [1].
• You may give your children makeovers if you desire.
• You can change their names if you desire but to do this you have to wait until they are children as the game does not allow you to change the names when they are babies.
• If you choose you can also try to keep a good relationship up with your children.
• The challenge ends once your Sim has successfully conceived 100 children. If your Sim dies before he can bear 100 children, be it from old age, over exertion or any other means of death this means you fail the challenge.
